@Smashchu This is what I think you're saying, and it makes sense... You learned Thunderbolt? (Jking, I get what U mean, and I agree)
Anways, I postponed everything I said I'd do Victini-wise because I'm writing my High School Thesis now. If I get into my Victini stuff, I'll get distracted. But I did make this cool revamp sets:
[COLLAPSE="Pikachu"]
(B): Electro Ball:
He fires a fast, electro sphere at the opponent by flinging it from his tail with a backflip. It's like the original Thunder Jolt, but it makes the opponent paralyze for 2 seconds. This move must charge for 2 seconds, then fling. DMG: 8%, paralze.
~
(A) Aerial: His tail turns steel-colored, and goes into a whirlwind spin, like Mario's (A)v, and his the tail outwards, using Iron Tail.
[/COLLAPSE]
[COLLAPSE="Lucario"]
(B)^: Hi Jump Kick: He jumps just like normal 2nd jump, but goes 1/2 character space higher. Then, like Yoshi's (B)v, you'll drop directly down, with some tilt. The kick can be canceled by pressing (LR) at anytime after the jump. DMG: 18%, with high knockback. Does 2% DMG to self on landing if you use Hi Jump Kick. If you cancel, no dmg will be done to you or your opponent. You'll land with action, like Sonic and Snake.
[/COLLAPSE]
[COLLAPSE="Mewtwo"]
(B)v: Calm Mind: He focuses for 3 seconds, then all his attacks get a 8% boost in DMG and more Knockback. Last until he dies. *Inspired by his Pokedex entry.*[/COLLAPSE]
@SSBF: It was obvious, yeah. And Keldeo is the outcast of My little Pony. Of course he's *Gets shot for being wrong*
What I meant to say was that he's actually kinda cool looking. But yes, Victini and Zoroark are the only realistic characters to enter...
...
... But Victini is the perferred choice :D
