So at this point should it just go back to the way it was in Melee with both languages built in?
Yes. Have both English and Japanese voice options in the NTSC release, as well as Spanish (there are a lot of NTSC Spanish speaking folks) and maybe French.
Seeing as Marth can now offically speak english, it would be a good excuse to do so.
Yeah, I wouldn't mind Marth speaking, as long as his English voice is half as good as his Japanese voice. Nintendo just needs to find a high-quality English voice actor for Marth!
Takamaru should become our new Japanese-speaking blue-haired swordsman~
I agree. ~~~~*Insert Ancient Samurai Saying Here*~~~~
Also I hope Marth doesn't get his new design in Smash. Marth + Pants = PREPOSTEROUS! Though I guess alt costumes could fix that. Though it'd be even cooler if he got his VERY FIRST design instead. No pants at all! I'm sure Tryphen knows what I'm talking about.
I don't mind Marth having more formal pants as his main outfit, so long as all his Brawl outfits return.
But no pants Marth=??? Oasis, do you want to look up Marth's dress just like Peach=???

(I still can't believe Nintendo let that go in Melee and Brawl without undershorts)
@ Sonic and Mario Guy
It just sounds like Nintendo didn't try to get even remotely high-quality English voice actors. The Japanese voice acting was of the highest quality.
@ Kuma
I agree. The English voice actors either sounded off (Falco, Peach, and sometimes Sonic) or their voice actors sounded like they "got into their character" enough (Ike, Pit, Wolf, and Fox).
Although I like most of the sound effects, yells, and roars for Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong, some of Donkey Kong's sound effects sounded like "fluff" noises. Donkey Kong is a giant gorilla, the King of the Jungle, and the King of the Jungle! Donkey Kong needs to sound intimidating, powerful, and strong. I felt in Melee that was done much more effectively, albeit a tad bit too simply done in my opinion.
I do think Diddy Kong should also have maybe a "funny" sound for his not-so-serious taunts. That would fit perfectly with his character.
What about BOWSER'S voice? It sounds so... weird. It became much higher pitched than it was in Melee. It's also more... scratchy? I DUNNO. Didn't like it.
They also didn't give him his Mario 64 evil laugh as a taunt. For shame.
Pretty much all this. Bowser needs to sound like a demon (mixed with a turtle). And that Super Mario 64 evil laugh (and Super Mario Galaxy roar) would be EPIC!
