A friend of mine had made a cushion that looked like Giygas a few years ago. I don't know if he still has it, but given the fact he is an Earthbound fan, I'm sure he kept it somewhere.
I suppose it is no secret here, but there's something I like to do in Brawl as Ness, is to fake out a PK Fire near the ledge, just for show-off. I'll have to see if I can implement it in my playstyle.

There are online chess sites. All you need is to register over there and you can play.

Hmm, the one i'm trying to put in to my movestyle is when you dash back and then reverse PK fire. Good for tricks, but doesn't cover a retreat as well as i'd like.

Okay, in terms of handling items, ness is probably among the best. Not as many people see the epic stuff you can do with ness' DJC throwing ability, so I'll explain a couple tactics here.
For any item that remains after hitting a shield, Ness should basically be the master of handling it. If you get an item, only do this:
Move around and DJC throw downward or upward.
You never want to lose the item. I even say Ness does better keeping around ZSS's armor pieces, because placing those well on the field gives Ness something similar to a PK Fire Pillar to be activated at will on any spot onstage.
The reason for DJC downward throw is that it's quick and helps a ton with shield pressure. Essentially, if the item can bounce off shield, it hits the shield, bounces up, and let's you regrab it in the air with a ff aerial (BAir). If you want to be tricky, you can throw it upward above an opponent and use UAir or just AD to UThrow.....
I need a wii to show this stuff, but I'm not playing again until the end of december.

Yay! I'm happy 'cause my sister (and my neice, i feel so old!) are coming down tomorrow. they live far away so it's nice to see them and we are gonna have fun and eat nutella out of the jar with a spoon and play D&D for hours!
Also i've been working on reverse PK fire. I was testing whether it would be a good retreating technique, but i'm not really sure, it takes too long and so should probably only be used for surprises.
And did some funny stuff with Pit, although i'm sure everyone knows this: Get 2 Pits. Put them close to each other but with enough space so that a projectile such as snake's grenade has easily enough room to get in. then do just that. Have a snake throw his genade in to the gap, but make sure the two pits are using shield first. Then you should hear, "Nice tr-nice-ni-ni-n-n-n-n-n-ice try!" Then BOOM, and in the few milliseconds pit has to live (or if the grenade manages to get out of the shield area and get to snake, then snake) look at the damage meter. We got 256% for the one grenade.
I should probably check the pit boards, but i'm sure they all know so... meh.
And lol yink's avatar. Seriously, everytime i see ness do that i just go "Put your hands up in the air, like ya just don't care!"
