Everyone should play Tropicana Ness or Original Ness.

Tropicana? Is that another name for the orange and green Ness or is this a texture? I'm very curious. More curious than Dajayman and thesage.

They're Bi-curious.... i think tropicana ness IS the grreen + orange, but i can't go away from bee suit ness... i've been using bee suit ness since i bought melee for myself.

If i had texture hax, MANI MANI NESS ALL THE WAY!!! he'd have gold skin with black and red stripes and stuff for the body and hat, but a black backpack with the tent face from threed and gold socks and red shoes with black soles... someone make this for me!

Everyone knows green and orange Ness is either surfer or veggie Ness. But it doesn't matter since about 1% of the Ness mains picks that ugly color (why?!) in singles (in doubles it is unfortunately his green team color).

I used to use bumblebee Ness, then I just started using normal Ness. I hate yellow except when it comes to bumblebee Ness, but my hate for yellow eventually made me stop playing bumblebee Ness.

From popular to the least popular for Ness' costumes, it's like this.

  1. Fuel
    This was one of the first new costumes that had been put in Brawl, which just came to show that Ness does not always wear striped shirts. It also looks like a commonly worn baseball tee. I've actually seen a few with this shirt at a baseball game recently.
  2. Hanshin Ness
    Commonly known as Bumblebee Ness. The reason Hanshin Ness works just as well is because there's a Japanese baseball team called the Hanshin Tigers and their colors are black and yellow. Plus Ness also uses a baseball bat, so this is just as fitting.
  3. Saturn Ness
    Also known as Mr. Saturn Ness. This was another new feature for one of Ness' new looks. It also showed that Ness also likes shirts with some sort of print on it.
  4. Young Ness
    He's titled this after Clinton from SmashBoards. He represents his younger look apparently with his blue hat. Ness' younger form was seen in Magicant as a child in a blue hat and blue overalls.
  5. Ness
    Not much can be said about this look since it's just default.
  6. Veggie Ness
    Also known as Surfer Ness which was dubbed by Earthbound360. This attire is not that popular amongst Ness mains from all around the world because of its odd choice of colors. Green and orange don't exactly look like they'd work together, but they can compliment each other rather well. He's usually called Veggie Ness for his green peas and orange carrots mixed as one. Though they're neither vegetable.

Actually I made a poll, which is where I got my info. You'd think Saturn Ness or Hanshin was the best, but apparently Fuel is the most popular.

Proto Man > Mega Man. All day, everyday. My choice for Ness are Young Ness and Veggie Ness. For the texture hack, Minty Ness.

Technically I believe it's "good kids shirt" Ness... and I haven't even played MOTHER3.

also where did the term "Fuel Ness" come from... I never got that.

In Mother 3 there is a brown haired boy named Fuel. He wears a white tee with red sleeves, thus Fuel Ness, or just Fuel was born. As for the "good kids shirt", is it real? I mean like in Mother 3 or what? Anyway, Fuel is funny. What a strange name, though.
