I'd reorganize this thread. Sort it either by players or by match ups just so it's easier to find stuff. Just a suggestion.

Wifi matches are undoubtedly inferior to local but there aren't really that many videos of Ness up right now and he's not exactly the most well represented in tournaments. Maybe in time we can leave it to more live matches.

I tried not to come off as a **** about it. I'm sorry if I did. Especially when I said that watching a WiFi match was essentially wasting time. Because there IS stuff to learn from it and you're right, not everyone has that luxury, so my bad. I guess my suggestion is simply that if it's a WiFi match, after the link put (WiFi) or something simple like that.

OK, I just did a massive update/reformatting job. There's got to be more recent and better vids out there, so I'd appreciate a little help in terms of people pointing them out to me. I promise that I'll update the thread more frequently now, too.

Also, feedback on what you'd like for the format (or if it's good the way I'm doing it) would be appreciated.

Additionally, gimme some doubles vids, please.

I finally started getting into Ness in Brawl...although all that news about the grab infinites...they hurt my feelings :( The tradeoff to using him in Brawl is that I can NOT use him in Melee anymore. oh well :( no more PK toasty I guess...*sigh*

Oh and one time I was signed in at my friend's house...and then he made a post as me about how sexy of a smasher he is and how jealous I am of him and his girlfriend and how I wish I could be 1/16th as good as he is and how grateful I am that he allows me in his mere presence.

Yeah I doubt I'm going to continue taking Ness too seriously until the grab-release exploit is banned, soft banned, or countered somehow by a mechanic we haven't figured out yet.

The grab problem isn't so bad anymore if you just get good with a solid secondary to counter Pokemon Trainer and Marth.

Besides that, Ness still KOes people at 60% with PKThunder2. I think it's worth the risk of playing him if you look at his strengths.

I highly suggest creating some sort of "best of" or "hall of fame" for the videos here. Its a very efficient way to show off the character to those who are curious as to how good the character is, among many other advantages. It will definitely be well worth the minimal amount of time it takes in the end.

Yeah, please do that. I came looking for good ness vids but there are a bunch of really terrible ones from march. There's probably some good ones but I can't find them in that first post.

Wow MAsky. Thats the best brawl Ness i've seen yet. The one Bilf put though wasn't very good...WAY too much rolling.
