oooo..... i like the earthbound reference for neutral A.

But one two threed does sounds easier and more like a jab combo

Major props to Zero on that name

I really want to retain Saturn Shove (GREAT!), and my own "Mu kick", or some reference to Mu training.

I think One two Threed is ideal, except how Onett Twoson Threed allows us to refer to a combo which goes up just to a particular jab... in case we interrupt it or something.
You can speak of doing "one two threed", or you can say that the jab lock is "Onett over and over. . ." or you could say you "took a small opening with Twoson, then mixed-up with [whatever]."

Last, I think it's best to talk of "Starman" not Starmen. Uthrow as Starman is great because it's a star KO (for Jigglypuff, hee). It could just be called Starman.

And if we could work in Giegue it'd be great. (who knows the spelling, though? lol)

I second Saturn Shove.

Actually, I had originally called it onett, twoson, THREED!, but then edited my post because it was too much to say :psycho:

Omigosh! What about "Giygas Strikes Backthrow" XDXDXD:D

=D Hooray for some of my ideas working.

I wanted to do "Pokey Poke" but couldn't think of anything it would work with. I feel reference-ey today.

AUUGHH! Man, this one takes the cake. This has to be THE HARDEST thing to do in the game EVER! Okay, this here technique only works on Fox. This is like an advanced PKTRE (which was uber hard on its own). What to do: When you are knocked off the edge, the Fox will try to edgeguard you. Now, a common method of edgeguarding for Fox is the Shine which is used for Shinespikes. Now, when he goes out, expect a Shinespike, get hit, and then IMMEDIATELY pull out PKT. Now, when it comes out, do not aim it at yourself, but direct it above the Fox who will most likely JC the Shine. When he does, he will get tailwhipped, and then lose his second jump, forcing him to resort to using Firefox. Now ring the PKT under Fox to catch him in another tailwhip, then hit yourself. You want to hit yourself into the path of Fox’s Firefox so that you get hit yourself. This will pop you up and give you another chance to return to the stage. Careful about being edgeguarded though!

I suppose I should have seperated the multi selections made i.e. Reel/Flutter/Rainy Circle. I guess we can deal with that later, though.

I guess it's too late now, but I suggested the pimp cane for Ness' bat earlier.
FYI, dash attack was originally caled "sparkle rush" and I'd prefer that be a choice, but if not, I'll go with Saturn Shove.
Also, we have no nominations for the pummel.

Hm. I suppose we can discuss the pummel later. If you're up for giving out a name for it, by all means. I felt that there were many names brought up for each attack and so I decided to just have it complete here and now. I understand I didn't get each and every one, as I would have liked to. Still, going through each page to see who wrote what was very tiresome to my eyes. It wasn't exactly my intention to forget anybody. It's not like I'm favoring one person more than the other, either. Between me and the Ness boards, I love you guys equally.

Were there no suggestions for all categories?
Like, down special?
I suggested the Igloo, or Energy Igloo.

Edit: My mistake, I forgot PSI Magnet didn't need changing.

I feel compelled to point out that some most of the names you attribute to me weren't complete thoughts. I mean I honestly hate all of the fthrow and utilt options. The fact I picked "raise the roof", despite my other comments on record, should make that clear. Plus you have no idea how confused I am that people actually like my fthrow name. I don't even know I named it that - I was just talking about SSB64.

I believe I suggested calling the uthrow simply "Starman" and eschewing this periphrastic 'surprise' mote.
Also, I swear to Hell God I never would have said "Psi twirl". You must have that wrong. Maybe Psi whirl. . .

Some reflections:
If I can, I'd like to suggest "Rainy Circle" as a name for uthrow, and getting the word 'piston' into utilt. Like "piston punch" or just piston.
I really like Spiteful Crow... but maybe it could work for uair instead of dtilt. Then piston could go in both dtilt and utilt.

So yeah, I think the weak points are fthrow and uair. Other than that, I rather like this, overall.

There, I added the two you suggested, though there is already a Rainy Circle. But I'm sure we can work around that like we can work around Ness' pummel that Earthbound360 asked about. Perhaps I'll go ahead and change one vote for your sake, PK-ow!. C:

I suggested Rainy Circle for uthrow.

If I can, I'd like to suggest "Rainy Circle" as a name for uthrow, and
Uthrow!

MEeeeeeeehhhHHH!

Man, I'm a nitpicky *******.
Whatevs.

I think it just means how important I view this to be. A renamed moveset can actually be functional, guys. I want to say Giant Step and actually be understood - on the boards and off - just like Mortar Slides and Murder Chokes.
Take your votes seriously. =O

pk disco is hard to say?
I liked the concept of many of your names.

They were usually just second best to something else. I consider Starman to be absolutely ideal for uthrow.

Why don't you try picking a playful name for fthrow or uair... considering those seem to *be* our "lol" moves.
I'm sure I'll like 'em.
