You keep saying I don't prove anything but I clearly have.. Up until now could be used to say something has changed up until this point... but it can also be used to state something is being used up until this point now.. such as the handicap update which clearly says Handicap has been in each smash series until now.

and unless you believe Handicap is out due to lack of reading comprehension, I think you can obviously see up until now can have more than one meaning.

Im sure now you will say "yoo did NOt provez nooothingz", well guess what Sakurai hasn't deconfirmed him so you haven't proved anything either.

I have never said Ness was in, I simply say hes not deconfirmed. Thus I can not be bias because I am not ignoring the facts against him I am debating whether the facts can actually be used against or can work for him.

If I said "Ness is in because Sakurai up until now and up until now means right now as in right in brawlz" thats bias.

A lot of characters haven't been deconfirmed and Ness is actually the only of the original hidden characters that has things pointing towards his deconfirmation. I mean he was supposed to be replaced years ago and Sakurai's move update with Lucas with that "Up until now" statement. Tell me, do you see that for anyone like Luigi or C. Falcon? No, but with Ness, there clearly is a problem.
