Katsu kid is holding the naruto games and brawl in durham on 12/05. State is doing a biweekly on the weekend of rom, so i assume another biweekly on the week after thanksgiving as well.

Two, to discuss new NC tourneys and upcoming events.
Basically this is Brocating- Yo fine a Bro close to one,to smash and or talk to get to tournaments,especially deciding which tournaments to go.If it is OOS it is important to put it in the brocating thread for all bros to see.
