Yes he is, but he's the last one for now. It was actually more of a spur of the moment thing to draw him, as I'd rather be drawing Gin Tama ponies now.

Yup, Ph00t somepony here did post it a while back.

Some reason I thought Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash would've been higher for screen time with the amount of episodes that focus a good amount of time on both of them, but I guess not.

I can think of absolutely nothing that would be anymore of a waste of time than this.
