It's probably between her and Twilight.
Possibly even Rainbow Dash.
It's also probably because Fluttershy's movement and speech are both a bit slower than everyone else. Maybe that gives her more screen time too?

I pretty much followed a guide word for word on this one. It came out much, much better than I originally expected. Would've liked to fix the legs a little bit, and the cutie mark was just a last second thing, so meh.
This is also the only pic I darkened, so the others might be hard to see...

Over the span of the next images you'll see that my patience for drawing starts wearing thin. I more or less did the same as with the first drawing, except I just fiddled around with little things, as well as doing it much faster. Reckless abandon too good. :>

My crappy camera doesn't do the next two pictures justice. This is a pony ogling a red delicious shiny apple on a rope. His eyes are cracked out and sunken in at the same time, and drool is pooling under his tip of his tongue. He really likes apples.

I don't even know what this is. Just a freaky looking pony with a creepy giant smile blowing steam from its nose. It's eyes look awesome on the paper, but the camera can't capture the tiny details I put into them.
I also gave this pony a mohawk, apparently.
Also even though the last two look a bit strange that's because you intentionally tried to put in the funny looking expressions.

Dash is a camera hog, and she tries too hard to get people to like her.
Fluttershy doesn't have to try to get people to like her.
All of the people who like dash fell into her trap. Everyone that likes fluttershy do it out of their own accord. The only people fluttershy tries to force friendship on is small creatures.

Isn't there anybody here that's watching every episode and adding up exactly how much screen time each of the mane six gets?

Some ponies like shiny people, hence why Fluttershy became famous really fast when she got a spotlight (disgarding the fact that she didn't like it) in Equestria, and namely she's veritably likable already.
Dash already likes being in the spotlight, so there is a good majority of people drawn to her.

Dash is definitely not a camera hog. She draws more attention when she's onscreen because her very appearance is flashy and boisterous, and she usually has something outlandish to say or do when she is onscreen, but she really isn't focused on as much as people are saying. In fact, of the 21 episodes she has a speaking role in (less than any of the other mane six), she plays a lead role in three. Compare to Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy's four apiece and Rarity's five.

Every time she comes into a scene she's usually shouting about something she's been doing. I feel like if anyone ever tried to ignore her something would happen similarly to when Pinkie Pie went crazy.
