And that's also why Ajay's voice is better than Rarity's.

But she really only exceeds Rarity in terms of singing voice, and singing is only a small part of any character's lines except for Pinkie Pie. In terms of overall quality, Rarity is just has more there.

If I had the internet to rewatch the episodes anytime I want. I probably could find 10 different moments/sentences that're better.

I too would say that Applebloom has the best voice between all the non-main characters.

Are you talking about the "best voice" poll that you previously posted? If so then I'd like to point out that poll wasn't specifically for best singing voice, just regular voice. Trixie and Celestia never did sing, as that poll is regarding their regular voice.
