It was because of some Atkinson(?) guy from S.A that ther was no 18+ classification. Every other state rep voted positively towards it except him and his righteous christian bs views. Luckily for us he fkced off due to retardedness or something and a new guy came in with AN OPEN MIND.. thank the ****en lord, amen.

btw topless women is only like M15+ if its thers enough of it and depending on its context.

Atkinson is long gone, pretty sure it was a Perth guy still undecided about it so he wanted to post pone it.

I can't remember properly, I had a rant on one of those states boards before... hmm.

I'd like to state once and for all
Perth is divided into to, North of River, South of River
The North of river are the ones who are boob hating, muting music, framerate *****s, control scheme nazi's, etc,
The South of the river are the lazy guys who just dont give a **** :p

Oh and yeah it was the Perth dude who refused to give us r18+

It's kinda sad, I dont see how playing an R rated game is worse than an R-rated movie. i've personally seen worse stuff in just an MA movie....

Well yeah, I'm hemophobic so i wouldnt be buying these games anyway. But we all should still have the rights though.

Yeah, we always have that option at least since we use share the PAL format along with Europe. So I guess there's a way around it. Still would be easier if they just legalized it here though.

That being said, we don't share our PSN store with you guys, so we still have to get our DLC through illegal yet totally bypassable means. Ergo, we may as well import from the US because it's cheaper ;)

<3 being South of the River. I just realised, all the people the east hating on live North of the River. Lolololololol

They're not Leish.
I imported Tales of Vesperia and Star Ocean from overseas (NTSC-J & NTSC-U), both work fine.

Oh yeah, are ps3s region locked? I heard they weren't but i cant remember.

This. (BTW is tales of Vesperia good? I checked out some reviews and it looks worth getting).

Only thing you have to watch out for is DLC add-on content. For example I got my Valkyria Chronicles in Canada and when I tried to install any expansion pack I got from the Aus PSN store it would fail. I think you can bypass this though by making a new PSN account and say you are located wherever you got the game, then downloading the correct content.
