Ahh, but Azen and CJ (<--whoever this guy is?) don't chainthrow which means they are respectable, whereas most people, from what i've seen, spam her stupid chainthrow. I remember fighting SOS w/ my yoshi...all he did was chainthrow and I STILL didn't do that bad against him.

But yeah i agree that some people do over use sheiks chain throw. I remember that in DSF vs SOS at 3cgi. All SOS did was basically chainthrow DSF to beat him. Of course a guy of DSF level should have been better able to get out of it. But yeah Sheik is cheap thats why I use her as my #2.

And i hadn't even played boudokai 3 yet...nor do i even have a ps2...but i used to play boudokai 1 and 2(whereas i'm most comfortable on 2 now) all the time at my friends houses. I seemed to like it alot more than they did....maybe its because they owned it, and got sick of it real quick...or maybe its cuz i owned them

About the DS, what do those things cost in the states? I need to know how much money I need to bring if I want to buy one while I'm there and if it would be cheaper then buying it in Europe. And what do games cost? And yes, I realize I could quite easily find that out myself, but I'm lazy and it gives us something to talk about while we wait for MOAST 3

Ken, I'd like a money match. How does 10 dollars sound? Haven't played you since TG 5. No character restrictions, tournament rules, best of 5 or something along those lines. I'm pretty flexible about how I'm going to lose my 10 bucks.

$149.99, I believe, and I'm pretty sure games are $29.99, but for some reason I think they might be $34.99, I don't know why... And I'm lazy too so I understand . Oh ya, I wanna money match joo mista silva, $5 my climbers vs yo anyone, it'll be interesting.

$150 is pretty good considering that the DS will launch in Europe for 180 Euro's (about $245). I'd save almost a 100 bucks! Plus games at either $30 or $35 would still be cheaper then the 45 Euro's they're going to cost over here. Good thing dollars are worth crap now, saves me money when I buy stuff over there. Now I just need to get 250 extra dollars for MOAST to buy a DS and some games.

And I accept your money match Gore. I'll probably use Fox and Ganondorf. Haven't played against an IC player for a while.

Not necessarily...

I do know that both players were trying to go at it with chain throws but DSF was unsuccessful with shiek vs. shiek chain throw where SOS actually did a better job at it than DSF, not very much though. Although, when SOS picked Final Destination, SOS was chain throwing DSF's shiek like a mofo, that clearly was an abuse of chain throwing. But hey, whatever it takes to win, I'd go for it too!

But SOS didn't chain throw the entire time. Very rarely did he chain throw on the other stages against DSF. So no, he didn't just "basically chain throw the entire time" to beat DSF. Try chain throwing on Fountain of Dreams, that's a ***** to handle when it comes to chain throwing! That last fight clearly was all about skill and luck. I saw almost not chain throws, if any.
