Yeah he was one of the few which actually looked good. Little Mac was horrendous. Not only he was like shorter than Mario, he was made out of like three polygons.
They could've shown him creepin in the back next to the castle. That weirdo.To be fair, getting Yellow Devil in the full shot would be difficult.
Stafy-... Starfy looks good, btw.

I legitimately feel sorry for Stafy supporters out there. Though he might have had a chance this time around with Sakurai changing his mind on the Villager. I fear for Young Horsetail's reaction.
@WaveKusanagi: I don't like it as much as you do (if only for Pac-Man being in it), but I would not want to see it disconfirmed through Little Mac.

Of all the assist trophies that I think should become playable characters, I'd say Little Mac is obvious. Isaac is a possibility, but Golden Sun is a very niche series, and I have a hard time seeing Shulk from Xenoblade and Isaac together. But he still is not too remote of a consideration. Lastly, as much as I hate to admit it, Waluigi and Tingle do have a chance, but that chance is so remote it hardly matters.

I'm only expecting Little Mac, Isaac and (maybe just maybe) Saki to be playable from the assist trophies. Any of the others I just don't see happening at all.

So, how many people honestly believe Zelda is a possibility for ALBW Japanese release date on the 26th? Although I do think it is a possibility, I'm more inclined to say it won;t happen, mainly because Sakurai will probably think Rosalina needs more spotlight time.

Well I mean if there are legitimate Daisy supporters out there I guess there could be supporters of anything.

I guess Starfy being revealed like that (likely as an Assist Trophy) is a reference to Christmas stars, which are yellow too. He ain't fooling me this time. What next? The reveal of a redesigned Cracker Launcher item shooting off fireworks for New Years?

I'm just expressing sympathy for Starfy supporters. It's the best way to respond to this. Granted, I didn't expect Starfy to be playable at all and I'm not disappointed, but I still feel for the fans.

I forgot about Lyn and Saki. Lyn has nothing going for her at this point. We'll get Ike back, but then of another FE character is to make it in, it'll be a battle between Roy or an Awakening Rep. And Saki, I'd say Saki is third in terms of having chance, but I feel that his chances are far below the top two, Isaac and Mac.

I'm upset at this update, not because of Starfy, because I saw him being an AT again from a mile away, but because:

Sometimes you just want to kick back and relax while munching down on some General Tso's chicken, though the only problem I have with General Tso's chicken is that it makes you thirsty. Then again, Chinese food in general does that.

Couldn't make his moveset work so they gave the gloves to Villager; just like they did with the Balloon Fighter's Balloons. It could easily happen.

I think that the only Brawl assist trophy who actually stands a chance is Little Mac. Is highly requested, iconic, has an interesting moveset potential and serves as both a retro character and a recent character.
The others will stay assist trophies and I'm sorry only for Saki to be honest.

The whole thing made me completely dislike both of them when I had no thoughts or impressions from any of them beforehand since none of them were characters that I'd ever think about, or want to think about, in a game discussion.
That, and it'd upset a lot of folks and that always makes me happy. Well, if it's not something serious, anyway.
