Personally, I really like the hair. Plus I think her design now looks amazingly better than the original concept lol.

I hope you can play Luma as some form of stand alone Luma. Maybe a alternate costume.

If Bandanna Dee isn't going to make it, a lone Luma is a perfect Marvel vs Capcom 2 Servebot-style joke character. Can't fight worth beans, but that's the point. He wouldn't take that much work since all of his moves are already in the game.



That said I don't think most players would see the humor and get pissed off.

Hey man you never know. I'm just stating that because of the noticeable similarities between their moves minus the luma. From what I see her Down Air, Forward Smash, Down Smaah Forward throw, back throw all look the same. Just thought I would point that out.

Then again, we have had Toon Link, Falco and Lucas so we'll see. Rosalina just feels a lot like Zelda.

They completely redesigned sheik so she would fit into the twilight princess art style. i don't think they'll just can both the characters because there's another princess

I actually kind of hope Wario and Walmartluigi become a pair in 4. Just differentiate them, and you could have a very unique dynamic. It also means there are twice as many ugly, annoying, stupid faces to wreck.
I am especially happy Rose is in because it sets a new standard. Previously, there could only be 4 characters per series (not including ones with their own spin-off, like Yoshi). Now it is possible to have 5 Pokemon, or 5 of anything else, which is cool.

And also, Waluigi isn't a part of Wario's series. He's a character exclusive to Mario sports and racing spinoffs. He's got as much to do with the Wario series as he does the Donkey Kong and Yoshi series.

I could understand the Luma, but the Pikmin are actually the only way Olimar can even fight (canonically) and their development throughout the series is actually tearjerking. I forgot the name, but one of the songs in the series describes the plight and character development by describing the way they feel about Olimar and what they have to do/what they've been through. They certainly earned their right to be including by name.

In one of the first two pikmin games (maybe both), Olimar can actually attack on his own, which is very useful for clearing out enemies before bringing in da Pikmin. Not widely known, but it's in there somewhere.

You're an idiot if you think Zelda is not going to return. The SERIES the representatives are from are named after HER. Its the LEGEND OF ZELDA lmfao.

And Peach Bowser etc weren't in Smash 64 either. Characters have similar movesets. Ness and peach have the same exact Nair.

There are no other significant representatives from the Zelda universe besides Ganondorf.

It's HIGHLY safe to assume that if they made it into Melee, then made it into Brawl, they're going to be in 4.
