What time did Sakurai updated in the summer?

He updated around 5:30 JST. It then went to 5 pm and then 4:30 PM mid^-fall. Finally, it peaked around 4 since winter. This marks the latest time he updated.

Cons: 2 hour wait to learn it.

Dude thats ****ing dope. So every character has a finisher at the end instead of just infinitely kicking/punching. So that last uppercut that Mac did in the trailer was his finisher after his consecutive punches. This will prevent wall jab locks and introduce a new twist to jab strings. If this can be delayed it would be even better.
