There could be some reasons for the delay

1) They don't have the material for it and the team is scrambling to get it up.
2) They are having technical issues and can't update,
3) Some sort of departmental emergency.
4) Sakurai is trolling us
5) Sakurai is unable to update.

I am willing to bet the site updates itself via timer so I am betting on 4 and maybe a little bit of 1 or 2.

I hope it's not because of Sakurai's arm injury or any corrupted/lost data. Then again, how would that stop someone else on his team from updating on his behalf and explaining the problem?
