How many people can you host comfortably? I heard the Bloomfield guys were interested in going on Thursday too.

I can start having people over at 5. Jon and I will need to assess the space and figure out how many people we can fit comfortably. Like with chairs for everyone and what not. Id say around 10? maybe a few more. For sleeping I have no clue, im sure theres room for anyone to sleep who wants to. You just might want to bring a sleeping bag or something

velynn it would be thursday at five unless another day is more convenient. Thats my most convenient day but it really doesnt matter that much.

i cant play until wednesday, i have a lot of work. Generally im free to play mondays after 3, wednesdays after 9, thursdays after 9 and fridays after 6. Then the whole weekend if I didnt go home or something.

Tuesdays i have nothing to do but usually i save all my hw for that day so it depends how much ive gotten done

I work until 8:30 Thursday but if there's room and you're all smashing late I could come then. Even though Chandler's Crossing is way the **** out from where I live. I've had no one serious to play with in a couple months so I could use the practice. Where exactly is your place Marco?

im in the landings General Heinz. You should come, someone would be able to take you back im sure if you dont drive. Or the busses do run till like 2:30 am thursday nights. where do you live? I might want to come over to play sometime if you have setups.

I live in West Shaw Hall. My room's kinda small but I'm always looking for someone to smash with and I've always got my cube set up, so definitely feel free to come if you want. I'm usually available Mon/Wed/Fri after 5:00, Tuesday after 3:00 and Thursday by 9:00.

I should be able to come Thursday after work though. I figure out a way to get there, and yeah, if someone could drive me back that would be ideal, but I could take the bus back if I leave while they're still running.

Damn son, you shoulda made an account last year. We also had two tournaments last year that were held in Shaw down in the basement. I'd come and play with you but I graduated. (I'd probably still be living in Shaw)

I saw the signs for those tournaments, but honestly at the time I woulda got wrecked. I wasn't particularly good last year. I've much improved since then (though I definitely have a lot of room to grow).

I saw a bunch of random kids playing Brawl in Akers lounge the other day, and it seems like a lot of people play Brawl around campus, but are you guys really the only serious active EL Melee players?

yo live in shaw? Awesome, im there a lot. My girlfriend lives in east. East lansing doesnt really have anyone actively playing melee. Theres a lot of inactives who maybe would start playing again if we got something going

EL's active melee scene isn't as big as AA's. There is Rabbi, JonathantheMeSa, and Junglefever as of right now. Toadster and Tremor are kind of passive when it comes to playing, and there is also Shady who is the best but doesn't live in EL.

And yo, this thread is already better than The Big MI.

Oh, awesome. Well let me know if you're ever gonna be there and wanna smash for sure. And if they started getting together more I would definitely come and support it. The smash scene's sorta sparse in the dorms >.<

Sorry, I was at a linguistics colloquium. Back now doing some homework but I'd be down to smash later.
