I'd love to host a tournament at MSU once again, but unfortunately I'm not a student there anymore and I don't think I can get a room. So I think that it'd just be Travis that would have to do the reserving and stuff. It's kinda a pain, and I don't remember exactly how to do it since it's been so long since the last time I did it.

Anyways, in terms of venue, I thought Shaw was a perfect venue cause of the super convenient parking on the weekends and the super large room with the only down side being the wall outlets being on one side of the room. Another place that comes to mind is hosting in the Engineering Building, one room in particular comes to mind on the second floor. It's got a similar style to the Mason room we always play in, with 2 projectors and tables already inside. Parking is also free over the weekend near the EB.

heinz lives in shaw so maybe he is allowed to reserve a room. Not volunteering him or anything lol, just throwin it out there

i'm pretty sure he'd be down. he was talking about trying to get msu tourneys going when we were playing the other day. i'll ask him about it.

I could definitely figure something out in Shaw if that's where you guys wanted to do it. I'm sure we could sort out the outlet situation with enough extensions. Any idea when we'd like this to take place?

they did them in the winter last year and they were really successful. It was in one of those really big rooms in the basement.
