No one can be positive it is his ship but the comparisons blow your mind away. Plus, Sylux is second to Samus so that would make some sense if another hunter comes to the new series. I would also love to see Trace or Weasel[I think that is his name..the green one]in the new one.

Aren't the Prime series a prequel to the original Metroid? If so, I think the AUs are a primitive form of MB.

It truely was one of my favorite boss battle of any game (Metroid Prime being the first), but does anyone else think his head looks kinda bad when he grabs you and goes to attack you by biting you?

This is my first Prime game. I've played Hunters. I'm stuck on the Berserker dude the guy that comes while you're gonna board your ship. (Yeah, I just got it) I hit his red balls and I don't know what to do after that...

Shoot the red balls back at him and then shoot his big head thing... i haven't even got the game so don't take my word for it.

Did you shoot the black balls he shoots at you..? They will go back to him then you shoot his head to death. I would put this in Spoilers if I were you guys..not everyone has the game.

Of course, you also need his Red shoulder balls shot.[lol shoulder balls...lol ballchinian!]

when he starts charging an attack shoot his attack(where this red ball of energy is glowing. Then shoot him in the mouth.

also, yes, you have to go back to planets, metroid is famous for how much revisiting you have to do. you'll find things that can't be accessed until you've got newer weapons upgrades, etc.

Yup. There is an achievments system where you can get extras by completing certain things in the game.

One of the point types requires you to use things you find in the game to trade with people on your Wii's friends list.

Sorry if that's hard to understand. There's not multiplayer or anything.

this game is awesome! i've been playing it and i'm really starting to think its the best out of the prime series, the graphics are good but more importantly the gameplay is really great. if you dont have it i recommend it

I like that it shows Samus more as a human. Like after you beat that giant golem that uses phazon.

I won't spoil what Samus does after the fight but it makes you realize that even though she is a hardened warrior. Even though she lost her parents as a child. Even though she has been trained for battle since she was a little girl.

Underneath that armor, she is still human with all of the frailty and weaknesses that come with being a human being.

But it also made me see her strenght and appreciate her valor even more.

ok, after much consideration, despite how bad i want to play this game, i decided to just wait for my friend to beat it so that i can borrow it from him. im too poor to buy it now and play it. i mean i can, but i could definitely use the money for other essential stuff...peace

Just bought it this weekend, along with my Wii. And I have to say, I think I actually enjoy MP3 more than TP...

But Warioware tops them both.

Anyway, I really, really like this one. The controls are more smooth and natural than the first Prime at least (I've never played Echoes) and the story aspects and the voice acting aren't getting on my nerves or intruding on the kind of game Metroid is, in my opinion. I liked the story in Fusion, after all.

hypermode is hard. but only in random spots. it seems easy for a bit, then you walk into a room and get *****. then its easy again, and then youll randomly get ***** again. lotsa fun.

For the final boss of brynoa(i think, the second planet) the one with the red orbs as his power source, are the only way to destroy the casings on his feet with morph ball bombs? cuz that's really annoying. i keep hitting him and getting hit by that stomping blast of his cuz the only way to avoid is to double jump and when i'm in ball form i can't switch fast enough to avoid it.

What the heck are ship missile expansions for? Can you run out later in the game? So, far I have only used my ship's weaponry for blowing up mission objectives. I just barely completed the third Leviathan Seed place.
