single elimination bracket
Items are set to "off" and "none"
Mk infinite cape is BANNED
No prize
Infinites and stalling results in an instant DQ
loser of first match has choice of stage for the next match
brackets will be provided when 16 people sign up
every round will (if according to plan) take one week to complete

the first stage should be a neutral thats been agreed on,
and the loser should pre-arrange with the opponent what stage he wants to pick.
