Who in the Atlantic North would be willing to attend a large-scale tourny?

If I get enough interested people, I'll turn this thread over.

I have a few possible venues. Get the ball rolling.

As long as its not the same date as SPOC i'd be down baltimore is only like 2 hours. The venues you looking at it Baltimore ( I hope) Delaware would even be better since its 1/2 way point between md/va and nj/pa. Even if no one good is there, just the venue has to be lol. Just something to consider.

Okay, looks like a good enough turnout for me.

Possible venue locations-

1. My place- plenty of room, two big screens, pianos, local restaurants.

2. Dad's warehouse #1- plenty of room (if room is made, yuck), minor inconvenience of a complete lack of power outlets, and local restaurants.

3. Dad's warehouse #2- same but bigger.

4. Other suggestions?

I figure this may as well be a joint effort, because I'm up for whatever.

However, since I've orchestrated it so far, I'd like to run it. I'm usually pretty good at this ****.

And finally, what would everyone think about this schedule?

Melee Teams/Crews
Melee Singles
Brawl Doubles- may as well try it, right? Brawl singles is a waste of time, though.

Oh yeah. And the tournament, at least at my venues, could run from time X to time X. Pretty convenient. I could also probably host a lockin the night before, as well.

[venue fee? probably. 3 bucks.]

I'd love to go, kind of a far drive for me but I'll make my best effort to go depending on what day it is. Melee tournies are getting fewer and fewer and it's very upsetting. I really don't like Brawl. SSBM 4ever.

I'll see about a DE venue, but for now, the best bet seems to be my place.

I haven't checked anything out yet, but April 5th looks good over here, is there anything going on then?
