Before you blow 1200 on a Portable rig, know that you can get a PC that will run anything and everything (on high/max) for 750~ if you look for deals.

Its interesting how melee is a singularly inovative fighting game like nothing that has been made before or after it. I don't see how people are able to stop playing it after learning what it is to truly play melee. Once you start its hard to stop, like an addiction, which makes me ask this board the question of has there ever been a point which either (a) made you quite melee or (b) you got bored of it and stopped playing?

Sometimes I get to the point where I get slightly bored.

When you only get to play against the same one or two people, it is easy to want a break. But I don't think I have ever been truly bored with melee lol.

Yeah I can definitely relate with both of these. It gets tedious plying against the same person over and over, kinda makes you stop paying close attention to things your doing wrong.

If I ever get bored, or tired of Melee, I just go watch some of my favorite sets. Then I'm back in the mix.

I think there has been times where I didn't play for 1 month at a time but that's because no one else would or everyone had no inspiration to play it maybe. Though the usual is I don't play for a week after a huge event like Genesis because you play it so much, you get saturated for a while and that's usually the best time to reflect on your attitude and what you could've done better for next time.
And then there are also times where like last week play 5 days on 7. 5-8 hours each time with a bunch of different opponents, it's fun stuff.

Mother Russia doesn't support petitions for any character but DK for top tier. Like big ruthless ape Russia squishes any opponent. DK is classiest and most sophisticated character in all of brother's melee. Just look at that attire it is first class.

I kind of hyped it up, it wasn't that funny except for when Ricky Gervais and Steven Merchant were on screen. Which is hwy I think HBO should just get them to do season 3 of the Ricky Gervais show.
