I would PM him first if you want to learn from a Marth black belt. I'm only at like blue belt (see what I did there).

Actually I'll help you.

I charge $10/hour on wifi and we can talk on skype/aim/ventrilo about what you are obviously doing wrong. You might think "why would I pay $10/hour for a video game?" and I can only tell you I took Ken's lessons at $20/hour and literally a few weeks later I was owning tournaments I used to get crushed at.

Plus, Steel charges $15/hour. What a rip right? He's probably just going to go falcon on you or snake and just up smash by the edge the whole hour.

When I was 14 I asked my mom for money. I would do chores around the house and slowly build up quarter after quarter (sometimes dollar if I did a really good job), and paid for 1 lesson with ken.

My mom recorded the whole thing cause I worked 3 months and finally was able to do it. It was awesome.

You just can't expect people to do things for you (like vs you because you ask). Theres a plethora of information out there about Marth and how to improve, and you are able to watch VIDEOS of Marth. TRY THAT.

I'd play you, but I refuse to play far people now. I played my friend in Cali, and I'm relatively sure I'm much better than him (you can tell by dodging patterns, even on WiFi) but due to insanely bad lag, we went about even (he actually won more, because Olimar has spammable smash attacks)

All I can say is play me before you judge me. Similarly Haze for said I was trash for the longest time. Not anymore. And as Steel says I don't have real videos out so you can't really say anything. If you really know the Jiggs matchup you'll understand why it's not like any other matchup.

Ultimately, however, I don't really care if it's Brawl singles. I'm very confident in my teams Marth.

Are you serious right now? For someone with such a brilliant sense of humor as yours, I thought that it would be very apparent that I was joking. (Hence the little "" at the end of my post)

A) I lost to a Ness in tourney last week. All johns aside (and believe me, I have many johns) it's still Ness (I did agree not to infinite grab him), and it was still a set. You NEVER have to justify a particular match-up to me. Furthermore, I don't even know where that came from, or why you brought it up, lol.

B) EVEN if I do think I'm better or worse than a particular player, I would never state it so blatently and public, without justified reason, unless, of course, I'm joking. I have NO IDEA whether or not I'm better or worse than you. I haven't seen you play any serious sets in probably over a month, and just a few videos are nothing to base your skill on (I know. I have a few vids up, and they don't really portray my skill at all).

C) When have I ever judged you?

D) I've never played you, so I don't know if I'm better or worse. It was more of a response to your joke of charging a person to train them in Smash (I've made this same joke plenty of times myself), than any attempt at personal glorification (come'on, look at our audience).

Lastly. I have no idea what you're referring to when you say "acting big". I believe I am a skilled and knowledgeable Marth player, thanks to ALL of you here, and often I try and give back to the community. If you have some problem with my speech or attitude, I'd be glad to address it; I wasn't aware that I bothered you. If you'd like to, we can take this to PM. I'm very surprised by such a serious and defensive reaction from you. I was really expecting a witty retort.

Think about it: If I really thought you were a bad player, why would I even invite you to the MBR in the first place?

Omg, i swear i find new reasons to despise lag every day. I played C-man and the matches were 60-40 (total) in his favor. I SD'ed like mofo but it was still ok. The matches would have been even had the lag not screwed up my counter and Dolphin Slash (Johns, I HATE YOU). Also i played that guy who fought Azen's marth. The video made him look like garbage but Samuelson isnt all that bad. I looked as bad against him as he did against Azen because of the lag.

Things I've changed since the video are: 1) walk around more (even though I hate walking) and 2) Shield to Dolphin Slash more (which I partly avoided to keep it under 3 minutes).
