Fighting another marth in basic brawl w/2 other opponents > friendly marth dittos online. I find decent marths on wifi occasionally and the lag is usually less for me for some reason . I usually lure the other marth away from the other opponents then we taunt and do our thing. (then we team up and annhilate the other two opponents after one of us pwns the other in some way shape or form)

Things I've changed since the video are: 1) walk around more (even though I hate walking) and 2) Shield to Dolphin Slash more (which I partly avoided to keep it under 3 minutes).

Huh? How? I've never even seen them in results at big tournaments.

NEO is most certainly the best Marth. The only other Marths with lots of good tournament accomplishments are myself, Meep, HRNut, and Roy_R.

I'd like to see the tournament accomplishments of other Marth players and maybe even learn a trick or two from them or something.

WTF lol, i barely even play this game anymore. i didn't go to that many tournaments either compared to others and thus i lack experience.

I've seen your marth at smash at the shore inui. It was decent, though I thought you really lacked in spacing and got punished a lot which is why you lost to ryoko's zelda.

Though who am i to critique you, I just feel there are better marths (not saying I am one) out there and you are probably only 4th because you dabble in other characters as well in tournaments. From what i've heard/seen you never go full marth.

I think my Marth was playing extremely poorly that day. I got wrecked by D1 and couldn't manage to use him in teams. I went Pit in teams for that reason. That was a while ago and I've improved a lot since then. Mew2King and Atomsk even said I improved and they usually have crazy high standards. I was way too aggressive against Ryoko, but I was doing very well against him with Snake yesterday in teams finals and grand finals, so hmm.

I went 100% Marth at FAST and the vast, vast majority of my past tournaments. I didn't swap off of Marth until July, and that's only for a few matches, namely Meta Knight and ROB.

I went Snake in teams finals and grand finals against Mew2King and Ryoko and both sets were very close. Snake is significantly better than Marth in teams and when my opponents are the best Meta Knight and best Zelda, I'd prefer using a gay, tanky, campy character that can get low percent kills on them over Marth, who takes lots of work and dies earlier.

In singles I actually didn't use Marth except for against Atomsk, but in my defence it was a small tournament and I only played 3 total people because I just forfeit to M2K, lol.
