They should give Falcon a frame 2 Falcon Punch (yes it's OD), Mario a super cape that can also work as other stuff, and luigi a ridiculously easy tech chase so he can easily UpB people.

bum's ness is hella good along with wes's zss in dubz so im sure mario and ness is gonna be some good stuff too
obv fireballs > ness's downb for recover points

Pierce's Mario is so weird... It doesn't do anything special, but he's so unpredictable as a player that you never know what's coming. Also, it kind of feels like watching a more aggressive Wario based on how he weaves in and out.

Wow, my reaction time sucks. I was REALLY trying on this one and it returned approximately 16 frames.
Btw to get your result in frames, just multiply it by 60.
Also, screw you GHneko for making me play Brawl+...it's just not my thing at all. I'd rather play Melee.

You also gotta remember that some things in brawl are stored as memory and we can react according to what is most likely for them to do.

You also have to take into account that this only tests something you're prepared for and there's only one option for you to take. In a match, you have to factor in time for you to decide which of attacking, spotdodging, jumping, airdodging, shielding, rolling, walking, running, etc. are the best options, as well as the fact that you'll be reacting to the 3rd-9th frames of their animation because the first few frames aren't as obvious as a big color change.

I'd be first to know. I've kinda developed his basic fighting habits since he's the only Mario i really have to see first hand on a weekly basis. I just gotta learn to be unpredictable.

Edit: oh, and who else have gotten the 'you have played 10.000 matches' announcement? I just did last week but there wasn't any reward for it other than that little message..
