I wish I could go to tournies. Unfortunately, I lose a lot of my Saturdays to become a better musician. I'm known in NJ by some good people, but that's about it.

Was anyone here dissapointed that the Poltergust 3000 was not one of Luigi's special moves in Brawl? It would have been so cool to have alongside Mario's FLUDD.

Eh, not really. Would've kinda been useless. It sucks them up, so...you could always have Link or Ganondorf recover .

Also, I personally love FLUDD. I use it pretty much all the time to **** with spacing and, more importantly, help me punish landings.

There's some stuff that very few people do with FLUDD that is extremely helpful. I might make a thread about some stuff no one does with Mario...eventually.

I'm not kinda disappointed about Luigi having Poltergust 3000 w/ him, Luigi is good in Brawl anyways. His Down-B is still gud for combos and recovery. If he would've had that, he suck up his opponents to come close to him and maybe Luigi can pull off a jab to shield grab to aerial combo, that would be sexy.

It's not that his current down b is bad...I was talking about originality. FLUDD is a very unique move, which is why I like it. I just thought the Poltergust would be a nice compliment to it.

Holy crap, I just looked at the attendance list and noticed around 8-ish Canadians are going to this! Unfortunatly I'm not from their part around from Canada. And it's the same day when my school is done. Uugh .

I never really left, more like I was forced out by the aforementioned thing called life. I've just recently been able to work and get my own pay, so now I have a way to support my own costly hobbies.Hero, glad to have you back!

Well it wasn't a very big tourney, but it was in Fort Wayne and most of the top placers had gone to tournaments before (like top 6-8 mabye? idk) 32 man bracket, things might've been different (1st mabye) if they didn't have a really gay ruleset (a.k.a Final Destination only D: ) but the rest of the rules were legit.
I lost to some dude who supposidly beat Lain once or something, though. And our first games were pretty even. (Except when I went MK and got *****, never doing THAT again)
Next week I'm going to Chicago for a tournament, though!
