HugS was literally the SECOND ROB I've ever played.. ever... we went to game 3 in our tourney set, close match :o

Bo x7, saw your vids vs Ally.

Awesome stuff. I just think for the most part however he was camping you and you were too aggressive overall. You became especially predictable with the KO move. You have amazing spacing however.

In this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9k48FFUk1Vc&feature=related I felt that you were hindered a bit by poor KO move choice. Against heavier characters like Captain Falcon, you MUST wait until around 135% before Up-smash becomes reliable. 2:38, a turnaround D-smash would have had a higher chance of getting a KO, starts up faster, and would have done more damage (by then, I counted at least 10 attacks from the last time you did D-smash, so D-smash was fresh).

Agh, this stuff is so exciting. I hope to talk more about it on AIM later. Seriously Bo x7, I love watching your Mario.

Yea normally im not predictable.. I just get nervous when playing top players... especially when he's arguably 2nd best in the nation. I ran into way too many uairs that I should have seen coming but meh.. I'll beat him next time.

FINALLY! A round of applause for you from me, Boss. You played the matchup properly to the tee. THIS is what I want to see from people when they face Snake, no "spam fireball" bull****. Use the fireball to get inside the range, and then hurt him for letting you in. You fortunately had momentum for the majority of the match, but it looked like you had a hard time on the second stock when Hat stole the momentum and started coming back; I'd like to see more recent matches (or hear from you) to see if minimizing the damage of a swing is an issue for you.

You played the match exactly as how I would have liked to have done it myself, eerily so.

We've had our first metagame discussion tonight, it's still going on, we're just discussing some tidbits. Anyways thanks for those who participated, and those who couldn't make it out, it's fine, we're planning on having another one soon. Vato is going to summarize tonight's conversation and post it up.

Anyways, I guess to get a little head's-up on what we're doing, I say we ask questions on this thread, and we discuss them, get into detail, help, etc.

So, I got a few;
- Maybe we can discuss Mario's potential in teams.
- Our hardest match-up's
- Stages to use
- Mario's potential in tournaments/singles (maybe go more in depth then we did tonight)

These are pretty broad topics, so you can ask way more questions, and any other topics I missed.
