I picked up Snake and D3, I'll still be going all Mario/Link but those two are there to help me with a few match-ups. Besides, I find those two oddly fun to play as.

Thanks famous.anywho it's basically only me,kanzaki,tc1,thatguy,box7,kirin? going to tournaments and i think only tc1 and thatguy are placing top 5.I'm trying to step it guys i went 2-2 last touney and i got 2nd in low tier singles but, yeah we need to improve ourselves now because if we can get better results it might show people mario can do better and that equals more representation which might lead into a much more rapid increase in marios meta-game.

I win more with Mario than I do with Luigi. Not because I'm sandbagging with Luigi or anything. I'm just legitimately better with Mario.

OK I do better against Snake with Luigi I guess....that's it. Everyone else I'm just so much more comfortable and in control with Mario.

Still, more people have to play my Luigi. I do clever stuff with him too. =P

Lol, I discovered that awhile ago...It's a legit combo on all heavies/mid...It works well with Luigi too.

I throw a pivot cape in there sometimes too for the people who might try to upB or Bair/Fair

Oh and guys, how many times do you land F-air in a match? I usually land it at least twice.

Reason why I'm asking is because even though it's punishable, actually landing a F-air has pretty good rewards. 13% and decent combo setup at mid percents. Not to mention of course gimping.

I'll land it by mindgaming with the Cape, or doing fullhop trixies on an aerial opponent. Or just punishing something ridiculously laggy. I do it because I know that this ultimately helps me use one of my KO moves less for dealing damage.

The "safest" way to land a fair is when your opponent is above you and is on a platform...but, idk i wish it was less laggy i always get punished when i try to use it on stage..

Eeh, usually once, I'm starting to use it slightly more offstage, they usually air-dodge thinking I'm going for another aerial, but f-air punishes air dodges quite well .

Guys...I was screwing around in training mode, and Mario's jab beat Metaknight's shuttle loop (the beginning part of it) and he took damage. I don't know if this is useful...but I'm just throwing it out there.

I agree with this. AIM is much better. Lets set a date and time though.. that's the best thing to do.
