I dunno what costume stores you have near you, but it shouldn't be that hard to find accessories for pretty much any theme (and chances are they will have your mustache). And yeah finding a red shirt and overalls shouldn't be that hard.
The trickiest part is the Mario hat. I mean if you're trying to get a seriously legit Mario hat like the ones Club Nintendo gave out as prizes, those can be hard to find (buy from online?). But honestly nobody should be hard on you if you just say patch up a baseball cap with pieces of colored paper or something. Done right it can look convincing enough.
I was once Luigi for Halloween. The Mario Bros are pretty simple costumes for the most part.
The most complicated costume I've ever worn for Halloween however was Pit (tunic, detachable Palutena's Bow blades and an arrow, yep). And it was on the year before Brawl was released of course. I originally wanted to dual main Mario and Pit, but I thought Pit felt really unnatural when the game actually came out.

So if I'm getting this straight, Vato, you're going to **** this guy, somehow get him to play Brawl with you afterward when he'll obviously be wanting to get away from you, and then somehow get him to play Melee with you so you can proceed to somehow **** him in-game? ****** a man is one thing, but forcing him to play Brawl with you is just unforgivable. (And melee too)

Unfortunately I don't. Dragon Ball Z has virtually zero relevance with me, since I've never seen it. Except for over 9000 jokes.

Dragon Ball Z means nothing to me. The only anime I've ever watched in its entirety is Death Note. I also love Robotech: Macross Saga, but that's basically and American thing.
