I got it too, but I'm still a newbie at it.

My main is Tao (obvious), and my secondary is Jin.

My ID is HeroMystic, so add me whenever and we can both have casual (n00bie) fights.

My main will probably be Tager, secondary will probably be Tao. (I generally prefer cqc characters with no weapons in most games so I doubt my mains will change around much.)

My brother put his name as his own name when he got his PS3, so is it possible to change names or does BlazBlue (online in general?) have a different name I'm supposed to create?

Sorry, I have very little experience with the PS3.

Lmao, I have the same problem...Byowing was not my choice of name. I don't think you can change the name, but online on PS3's free...you could make another account and give it online privileges...I dunno how though. I DO have two accounts with online on my PS3 though, so it's possible if that's what you're asking.

Carl vs Tager is an 80:20. Luckily for you, Tager vs MY Carl might as well be 50:50...I can't keep the combo string going and can't grab-break on reaction. Not good considering the damage Tager does to Carl.

Tao's also a different story...she's so **** fast I can't catch her in my shenanigans.

Edit: DUUUDE, if Bo goes to Apex, we're gonna see some BO X7 vs Boss matches. Gonna be SIIIIICK

Alright, so Tao is starting to seem less appealing to me. I like Tager a lot even though he sucks. Matador, I have very little idea of what I'm doing so I'm sure you could destroy me. I just played for my first time today. XD

Tager has an assload of power and defense, and actually has various ways to draw you in. His grabs are the most devastating, especially his Emerald Buster. The guy is slow though, and he's pretty easy to mow down once you get going.

Tao is all about keeping pressure and never leaving your face. Essentially she never stops hitting you, but she does low damage per hit and her stamina is one of the weakest.

I suggest trying Ragna though.

Tager's biggest problem is that this game has a ton of unblockable strings...and Tager is constantly vulnerable to them, especially since he's so easy to zone.

But he's your conventional powerhouse. Pretty epic imo.

That was nice Vato. Boss's was too good though. Trip >shoryuken is win. Well except for Chu. That was just so stupidly good. Chu combo > inhale release > uair stage spike TWICE one right after the other. This is why I've become a big fan of him. He's so good.

@SF4 people: Who's good in that game? I played once and I used Akuma.

Sagat, Ryu, Balrog, Rufus, and Zangief are all top-tier characters, with Sagat the most dominant. Everyone else is doable but will most likely get mowed down by Sagat. Some fare better than others. As long as you're not playing Dan though every character is playable.

I'd wait for Super Street Fighter 4 though. Alot of stuff changed.

I have Street Fighter 4, I bought it a couple days ago, but haven't had the chance to play much. My favorite character in that game Zangief.

Tager is a lot of fun for me, although it will take me forever to learn all these combos. In my mind it's pretty much: "I knocked him down with sledge, I think this strong move will hit him, yeah it did, but he's far away now. MAGNA TECH WHEEL WOO!!!" Then the rest is like...ffffff he broke my grab.

Haha, I was level 3 using Tager and a lvl 32 Noel was playing a ranked match with me and I won the set after I was looking at the moves in the instruction manual and I found out how to do Magna tech wheel, haha. Then I got paired up with him again and he used V-13 and perfected me twice.

Oh yeah, that'll happen alot. I played this one guy named CookieHour like 25 times in one sitting. We just randomly met up really really really often.

I should post a vid or two of my brother's Tager. Pretty sick...he wrecked this V-13 once that I captured...was so legit.

Dan isn't THAT bad.

He actually has a safe approach option and very good ways of comboing into his ultra.

Oh man, I know. I realize I'm horrible at the game, but I could NOT find anyway to get to V-13 at all. Everything I tried...I'd just get knocked back into the same place. I tried sledge and I think it went for a little bit through her projectiles, but it didn't outlast the flow of them so I just got knocked back again.
