one thing is that regardless of brawl rules, there will be no cps, all stages moved to neutral with a stage strike system

Simple logic behind this:

Stage shouln't be played unless its decently balanced, thus a neutral with stage strike system

If you claim its too dodgey/funny/alternate to be played as a neutral, then it should simply be banned rather than allowing dodgey stages for cps

Yeah, that doesn't work for Brawl at all unfortunately. The game's completely different.
