While policy lynching to get the game going does seem like an ok idea, I just don't feel that he's done anything scummy enough to get lynched. If you guys want to get the game moving and get to the night kills and more things to read off of, then why not vote no lynch?

Chibo, you realize if we no lynch every time we aren't sure about scum, we may never lynch and moreso, in a game with 18 players, we'll go to like day 10>_> And getting the game moving doesn't necessitate moving it to night. The hard part is with this many players inactivity becomes a bigger plague because people can slide by easier.

We have until the 14th, try to get into the game and make a defense before we go outing things. There may be a time to claim soon, but you've got time to defend yourself before we need to worry about it.

I don't see anything majorly scummy from KK yet. This is pretty much how he always plays. However, you may be right that if we lynch solely on a policy lynch idea, KK wouldn't be a bad choice, as in a lot of games he is very hard to read because his posts are so random.

Cacti, I can sort of see being a good guy simply because he's stated he doesn't care about the game, and probably doesn't have a bad guy role to keep him interested ( I know players in the past have hammered themselves just because they got bored of being the normal role). Keeping him around isn't very beneficial, but it doesn't seem to be detrimental either.

But man, if he played us and really is a bad guy, that would be ridiculous.

Do NOT make this assumption. I've seen awesome bad guy roles go unplayed before. In M3D's TMNT mafia game in the BRoom, the un-night-killable Stalker the Shredder was replaced twice, and the last guy to "play" as him barely said a word.

I kind of agree with McFox, that when there are this many players in a game it needs a change up of normal thought processes. I'm still trying to come up with some good thoughts on who is scum, so far haven't gotten anything solid though.

Do you realize that those two posts of mine you quoted were 9 days apart? NINE days?? That's plenty of time for things to have changed. Not sure why everyone is pussying out on the Cacti wagon. Not a fan of the apathy card and would prefer to just move on with this game. Why we would leave him alive for scum NK fodder is beyond me.

There's really no better candidate atm, IMO. Bonus if he's lazy scum or perhaps an indy with some sort of win condition he doesn't like (*cough* *cough* TLI MAFIA *cough*)

Again, I'm not "twisting" anything. There's definite bias in how I presented his posts, because you know, I'm trying to persuade people to join the wagon, but it's not like I dug through all his posts, picked out a sentence here or there saying "HA HA! He sounds dumb when he said this!"

I grabbed his last ten posts and found four of them to be totally idiotic. The rest, including his "contributing" post against Cacti, were worthless. I twisted posts against KK in the same manner I could twist statements against Sarah Palin. It's not that hard.

Ok, regardless of what Kevin said, it's time to lynch this guy, I'm not letting a third L-1 opportunity pass up. Cacti hasn't done much for this game. Fact is, this will help get the game moving.

The past two times Cacti was at L-1 (one of which was for an hour long, and the other for like 31 hours) he still didn't claim. Does he not know what to say if he's worried that he's scum?

Exactly, sure we'd all prefer him claim, but he's not going to. This is his 3rd time at L-1 and he hasn't claimed any time. The 2nd time he even posted while at L-1 and asked if he should claim (after multiple ppl asking him to), and he still ended up not claiming.
