You'd honestly be surprised just how little I care. Don't worry about it. By all means, use it to your advantage. I'd rather not have them there, of course. But when it comes down to it, I don't care how I place in this tournament.

3b. Pokémon in Little Cup can use (nearly) any move available to them at Level 5. All non-genderless Pokemon can use their level-up moves, and genderless Pokemon can use any 3rd generation level-up move in conjunction with any TMs.
so only everything the can learn at lv 5 + TM/HM and not from the 4th gen? egg moves, what about them?

That was a biased prediction on my part. He and I are really good friends irl (I literally live less than two blocks away from him), but he's pretty new to the competitive scene. I thought Gates would win just due to Gates having more experience overall, but I chose Rockem because we're friends.Hmm why am I not surprised?
I guess his favoritism for lesser-played tiers like NU and LC helped?
EDIT: I'm assuming it's single elimination to speed things up.
