It's not a matter of Tery or F8AL being unable to take criticism. It's a matter of them having a say in what goes on in the project or not.

It's that simple. If they wanna let other people interview the members, that's their prerogative.

Look, Wretched, I understand you want to help out, but the fact is this project needs two interviews at maximum. I am fully capable of running this project by myself. F8AL is serving as a backup interviewer as a precautionary measure, and is fitting since he is also the Moderator of this forum. I have experience with running interview projects and the more people who are interviewers, the more lax they are about being competent and diligent on scheduling, executing, and editing the actual interview. I appreciate your concern but it's not needed, and we've told you time and time again we don't need three interviewers for a project which can be handled by one.

And to be fully honest (no offense F8AL), the only reason F8AL is in the project as an interviewer is because F8AL went ahead to interview :Mad: without telling me, and in Smooth's audio interview my roomate had friends over the day we were going to record. Since F8AL was available, had already done an interview before, and was willing to record, I let him take the script instead of rescheduling on my own time.

If this was a thread / forum project titled "LH Interviews", created and run by the Moderator Wretched, you could interview and do whatever the hell you feel like, including assigning interviewers. But quite frankly, it is not your thread, project, or decision. That said, go make a faulty post in Forum Support if you're going to complain about "Someone who is running a project won't let me do their part!" Participate in the thread by all means, but I will not tolerate your complaints / persistent questioning

instead you trash everything we say.

We've stated already that we did not need extra interviewers, but we get responses such as "Lemme be a interviewer," "Why not?" and "Nopony can take constructive criticism here."

If it takes a post like that to straighten this out, so be it.

Once again. You're taking yourself WAAAY too seriously. I don't give a **** about interviewing, and if you REALLY think that anyone would make a forum support thread about not getting to take part in something that they've never showed genuine interest in, then you need to throw away your preconceived notions of me that you've heard from other people.
but I will say again that my constructive criticism is that I could not understand F8AL. I didn't whine about not being an interviewer. I said one thing a while ago and it was a joke about me interviewing badger, and this one was in the same context. Just take it easy. Nobody wants to replace you and nobody is *****ing about not getting to interview.

These posts seem pretty straightforward and not as a joke. Perhaps the latter can be identified as a joke--unsure if "broo" is intentional--but regardless this leaves the former.

Why are you wording "you knew I wasn't serious" as an objective statement. As previously stated, the composition of the first quoted post makes it seem as if you genuinely want to be an interviewer. You don't "know" that I think whether or not you were being serious. It's in the context.

This is the most out of place line ever. Discussion issues about having another interview is not the same as someone replacing me in this project. There is absolutely no supporting evidence for that.
