You need to open the pac in Brawlbox, and where it says Compression, change it from LZ77 to None

You gotta uncompress it with brawlbox. open it in bbox, and see where it says compression method: L7zz (or something)? Click that and change it to none. Make sure to recompress it once youre done editing it in CSS OrganizerEDITEDITEDIT: *img*
What does this mean? I tried naming it with the _en too, no luck.

1) for the least codes, you'll want the css program scatz used to make his. csps work on that, so thats not an issue.1) I want the minimum amount of coding for my CSS. All I want is it reorganized and with CSPs. What codes do I need exactly and can I get the most updated ones?
2) So if I use the CSS organizer... do I need the Custom CSS code and if I do should I just write in the normal order of characters since my modified sc_sel file will reorganize them for me?
3) Does modifying the CSS cause harm to the game at all? I heard this could cause errors I think from some random post I read.
4) If I wanted a custom Random spot... do I need to use the Custom Random code and manually write in the character icon order? And if I do... does that mean I need the custom CSS code too? And if it's a yes to all that... then how can I establish the order in the code if I have a setup similar to this one? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y99As...eature=related Does it read top left to bottom right always and if I had an icon in the middle of two rows... etc etc?
Pokémon trainer is the one you know and love, while the 3 separate Pokémon are all Trainer independent, so you can't switch them out and they don't get fatigued, for those who prefer to main only one of them.Why is it that everyone seems to have the 3 pokemon separate AND the pokemon trainer.

defraging might help. i had to do that for my song files before, so it is a possibility.@Henry - Wow... you won't believe this. After spending so long on it all I had to do was defrag my SD card and delete and manually copy my codes onto the SD card for it to work. I've been trying to get this CSS to work for weeks and that's all I ended up having to do to get it to work. I've had the right stuff since the beginning. So lame.
You should try deleting your GCT and recompiling it in a different folder then drag and drop it onto your SD card and maybe defrag your SD card (make a back-up before just in case of course) and see if you can get the infinite replay working again. I bet you it will.

I have that problem with my CSS with just the organizer code. Sometimes, after a match, I just wont be able to select the bottom half cast of characters. Is there any way to fix or prevent this?My main problem is the inability to select icons I've moved down to the area that normally has the Player Select boxes. I added in the code
I'm pretty sure you are looking for Common5_en.pac (or just common5.pac). You will probably be able to find an unedited one in a whole bunch of places if you just search. Just search for something like "All brawl files" on google and you will most likely find something. If you want a program to edit it that program is called CUPASH and you can find that here, http://kittycorp.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=ontopicdiscussion&action=display&thread=309 .Where can I find the package that was stickied that allows you to make your own custom character portraits? I remember when it first came out it was a sticky on the smash workshop section, this website has since then been remodeled abit and I cannot find it via search.

Reposting because it's so hard to find information for yourself in this messy thread.Yeah I'm with S.O.N.I.C. Are any of the important crash-fix bugs (particularly the alloy ones) available in PAL? I'd love to be able to select the alloys without having to use the character modifier code AND not having them crash at the end of each battle.
...That's what the Custom CSS code does...is it possible to rearrange the characters on the css in any order u want?

Since you're running a Wii with hacked firmware, why dont you just get a US ISO of Brawl and launch it through Gecko OS with region free on?So none of the bug fix codes for CSS are available in PAL? :/
