Knowing your consistent high placings in tournaments, that's just a given Reflex. lol.

You, sudai, and I'm hoping Li-D, will be one of the ones that will make it. Li-D is a pretty good player. Gives my a run for my money.

Sudai is really good himself.

Preregistering ended yesterday.

Oh, yeah, Randal, how are you going run pools with the highly expected non registered players?

Edit: Also I am happy that Kirok and Reflex are in the same pool. He hates my PT to death, it'l be nice to see how his Lucario/Fox does against Reflex's PT. I'd love to see that match, even if it was a little bit of it.

As a final reminder, these pools ARE NOT FINAL. I'm looking for input here. Thanks!
Hmm, don't know some of these cats. DMG is ballin, moogle is ballin, EET is a boss, Roni's ****in crazy. If I lose to Ziggy the first match, I'll just go PT ditto so I can learn. Curlz, aaahahahaha. I'd be happy if this sticks, at least it'll be fun. If you're on this short list, tell me about yourself. Who you play with, where you from, what's your favorite book, what's your sign? You know, stuff like that.

Hey George, I'm assuming since my name is first for my pool, that I am the pool leader? Would it be too much trouble to ask someone else in my pool to do it? I just wanna take a break from being usually being a pool leader. Thanks :)

Your pool leader is actually some random named Curlz. For realz. Randall didn't put pool leaders at the top.

Haha. I lauhed when I saw Iceman in my pool. I'm lookin foreward to that match. Watch with my luck me and him will battle for determining who gets out of the pool.

<3 Iceman

Other than that I say my pool looks pretty tough. It'll be fun though.

Was he at one of the Gameware's? I was in his pools once I believe.
Lol he used to be trash. Like, worse than me. But he's one of the fastest developing players I've seen. At one point I could three stock him. Next month, he managed to bring me down to one stock on each match. I'm terrified to see how he'll do now. Might be good. Might be trash.

*Sighs at the amount of good players in pool*
it's ok Curlz. Zigsta won't beat you up too badly. Worst case scenario, we will have to haul your broken *** to the pokemon center for repair.

DMG, Roni and Curlz are going to run your pool.

RJ is the same one that's been to Gameware, and George is from Alabama. He's third on the PR, I think.

Popertop, you said that the pool with kismet, Hyro, and Bwett was one you wouldn't want to be in (or something to that effect). Does it look significantly harder than any of the others? I know you cannot perfectly judge everyone's skill, but your (and anyone else's!) opinion would help. Thanks!

Duchock, I've got ya. I'm waiting to hear about a couple of other people, so it's not really too late, haha.

How will we deal with people who aren't preregistered? Are you still going to make that separate pool(s) for those who haven't preregistered. I'm just saying because I know not everyone who attends a tournament belongs to Smash boards and for the most part, I'm sure they hear about tournaments by word of mouth.

One big room, full of bad *****es
I will do well in my pool. :bee:
Yeah you will...no d!ckriding intended, my pool looks sexy, but why would only 6 ppl make it out if we're seeding a 64 man bracket? Top players gettin a bye or something? IU would assume 8 ppl would make it out from each pool

edit: Any chance for and eastbound and westbound set of directions? Mapquest has f#cked me over too many times. Also I think the pools are arranged by skill then random ppl are just all mixed in at the bottom of the list.

edit 2: anyone from NO have one more spot and won't be staying the night in BR?

Of course HyRo would say his own pool looks kind of hard. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm . . . .

Pool H looks good by Pool F looks easy? They look pretty even to me.

KOS MOS and Phantam are both really good.
Will_ is 2nd in Alabama and George is 3rd.
Ran does better than Randall.
I don't know much about awal other than he uses a mean Sonic and BadNewsBear beat Sudai at WHOBO right?
RickyB's better than Jay *** ninety one
I don't know Edabite, but me and Matt play really close matches. He usually wins 'cause he DI's better than me :(

I think for a preliminary outline of pools, Randall did a really good job. I can't see too much change happening really.

Oh dear pool A.

...the only person I recognize is Lee :(

...and maybe JMAN if it's the same guy from KDJ's vid called "JMAN'in it" where he SDI's out of a ton of Fox's u-airs. It was melee. I watch a lot of melee videos :x

Also maybe Light if it's the guy who does teams with Forte and (at least he used to a long time ago) mains G&W?

Also also Zigsta's gotten a lot better >_< In three days he went from getting 2-3 stocked pretty consistently to being very near my skill level. TOO BAD NONE OF YOU KNOW HOW GOOD I AM BAWWWW

...because I don't know either D: Worse than Reflex and Kismet and Will_ is all I know I guess.

Bigman/ Bomber, I'm still waiting to hear from a few people, so if I happen to get other preregistrations up until that point, then I'll take them.

For people who do not sign up until the day of the tournament at Laser Tag, they will all be put into a pool of their own. This pool might be run Swiss-style, or it may just be a double-elim bracket. I haven't decided, and it will probably depend on how many people there are.

Hyro, that's exactly the kind of thing I wanted, thanks! Anyone else?

Lol. Light and Lee in the same pool? Good luck to the rest of y'all.

Also, Hryo, I love you but you are far off on some of those estimations. Case in point: Pool B. The players in that pool are going to have a **** hard time making it out with Dallas Phat, Cyphus and Sars all in that pool.

I don't know a lot of these people, so I apologize to anyone who feels they should be higher, but it seems like every pool starts off with at least 3 awesome players (ones that actually do inspire awe), a few really good ones, then it kinda trickles down into the random folk (like the Icemann). Maybe they aren't completely even, but they look pretty **** good. And HyRo's bi, what does he know.

I'm fine with all my peoples. O:

I just hope my Zero Suit stands a chance. I've been working on playing Marth, but it hasn't been working all that well.

Pools look fine, some look a bit harder than others but there aren't any ridiculously hard pools as if like Me, Kosmos, Lee, and Dphat were all in a pool lol.

I hope I do well, I have been out of the Smash Scene for Months now it seems.

Nah. If top 8 make it out, you're in a small pool with only 11 instead of 12 so you have a better chance of getting to brackets (unlike what some others say. . . .). Plus Pikachu is quickly turning out to be gay as hell with ridiculous chain grabs on everybody.
