It's a very pretty city, and I don't think there's anywhere like it. If you like historical buildings, taking pictures or just want to see an underwater city, it's definitely worth going to. You could probably see everything you'd want in 2-3 days. It's also very expensive (this is coming from someone who lives in London) and, personally, I think the Venetian people are pretty rude.

Venice smelled kinda bad when i was there, like fish maybe (but that's explainable).
The food is amazing there and it's fun just to walk around without a real plan.
