Ok so I have an exam the monday and tuesday following this tourney. Which means that I will not be in attendance (I was looking to go with Ronald and Neil I think) unless it is on Saturday in which case I should be able to pull it off.

this. you ALWAYS save sundays for finals + dead games that some people care about (like melty blood or jojo's). no one will come if the main ****ing tournament is on a sunday.

Ronald (that is, Wraith) and I have discussed our prospects of attending this tournament, and we have simply decided that we will probably not go. I apologize for the unfortunate news, but let me briefly explain.
We have the capability to go (there are no johns on our part). Money is not an issue, travel is not an issue, and I know 5 people, including me, who show definite interest and would gladly come with us. However, THERE IS NO INCENTIVE!!! We've been saying this over and over again. I would probably credit Nolan (isaccard) as being most transparent about this

I know you guys dont care but if you had made brawl on saturday we would have gotten dekar and others to come simply because they owe us for going to there 10 man tourney. Dekar had already said yes but when i saw that brawl was once again getting the side tournament treatment i knew it wasnt worth it for them.
I may still go since i live on this side of town and take 1 or 2 other el paso west side guys with me but weather the entire crew goes or not probably depends on how hungover lui is and nothing else.

I can't edit the post like ShadowPhoenix said, then I would have posted how many people are coming.
We have a huge crowd planned. I hope many are coming for smash, but there's a lot of other tourneys and events going on.
if The El Paso, Las Cruces, and Alburquerque's smash communities combine, we'll be able to have at least 30 people signed up. We have 20 last time, but this time It will be at least 200% better I promise.
So please come and enjoy this awesome convention/tourney I've worked so hard for you.
