Wassup I am KnightMare and I am hosting my first event at Gametable.
This will be Sat. NOVEMBER 8th. I am trying to make this a monthly event. DEPENDS ON ATTENDANCE!!!!
64 person cap for BRAWL AND MELEE!!!! SO BE THERE EARLY.
Expected TIME SCHEDULE:
1:00 pm - Melee Doubles
3:00 pm - Melee singles
5:00 pm - Brawl Singles (yes singles first)
8:00 pm - Brawl Doubles
these will not be exact but wont start before the time schedule:
I ALSO ASK IF YOU ARE ONLY ENTERING ONLY MELEE OR ONLY BRAWL TO COME FOR THAT EVENT ONLY AND NOT STAY TO WATCH THE OTHER IF THERE IS 64 or so people. IT WILL BE TOOO CROWDED. THanx

Venue Fee: $10 (INCLUDES PIZZA FOR REALLY CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I will definately need help with TV's. They can provide us with 4 TV's but i am looking for having about 8 or so. Also We will need Wii's and/or Gamecubes. If you can bring any of these just say so via this thread, pm or aim.

They are also Looking to move Gametable to a much Larger Location soon. So if we have good attendance to this we can eventually have a Huge Venue for these Tournaments. So it is up to you guys for that.

Best 2 of 3. Finals will be best 3 of 5

Items OFF
For Doubles team attack will be ON and life stealing is allowed.
First round will be a blind pick. Both players will ban a stage. Then a random neutral stage will be chosen with no reset. After that losers picks stage, winner chooses character, loser chooses character. NO stage can be played 2 times in a row either.

If there is a tie then the person with more stocks wins. If both players have the same number off stocks then the person with the lower damage wins.
Wobbling is not allowed and results in an immediate loss of that match.
Ice climbers freeze glitch is also banned
There is also no stalling of any kind allowed.
Brawl
Any kind of contoller is fine as long as it isn't performance modded.
Prizes will be split like this:
Brawl Doubles: 60/25/15
Brawl Singles: 70/25/5
3 stock
7 minute time limit

Late rules for both Melee and Brawl:
2 Minutes Late: Warning/Loss of first stock
4 Minutes Late: Loss of first match of set
6 Minutes Late: Loss of set
Counterpick rules are the same as Melee
Tie rules are the same as Melee with the EXCEPTION of BOWSERCIDE, KIRBY SWALLOWCIDE, and DEDEDE SWALLOWCIDE in which the person doing it gets the win.
Any kind of Stalling or Infinites are banned and will result in warning then DQ.
