I did when I watched the clip late last week. And yes the outfit that Cloud is wearing in KH2 is the same one from FF7 AC.

I guess that means his heart is no longer tainted in evil intentions? He looked semi-evil in the 1st game, so I guess he was purified after meeting with Aries at the end of the game?

I just hope that when you get to face Cloud & Squall again in KH2 in the Collisium, they will be much more challenging as a duo because 2 badasses like Cloud & Squall have to be tough.

They should have taken off those stupid bandages on Cloud's sword though, it look stupid.

In FF7 AC, Cloud makes himself isolated because of the huge amount of guilt from Aries' death. Correct, but keep in mind Arieth is alive in KH and died in FF7 which also factors in. Most likely. From what I've read online, KH2 is mostly going to revolve around Riku, King Mickey, and XIII organization.

and i wouldnt trust gamespot that much right now considering S-E hasnt said anything official[/i] about the US release. the only thing that we know for sure is that the JP release is 12/22. but nothing so far on the US.

Another new trailer has popped up. I didn't watch the first one or this one becuase MagicalKuja said there are spoilers but I did find the names of people in the trailers. Yuna and Rikku from Final Fantasy X are in the game.

This information brings to mind something I was thinking of earlier. Does anyone think the characters will mirror there game personalities more closely? What I mean by this is is Aurons appearance in the Underworld only a coincedence or is it becuase he was dead in FFX. Will Yuna have some connection to summons? You know stuff like that.

I couldn't find a working link to the first trailer so I just watched the second one at the official site. After watching all I can say is wow. Up until now I had only seen blurry trailers, nothing real clear. I hadn't noticed the huge graphical improvements .

Some moments that stood out to me in terms of graphics: The scene with Kairi speaking, when Axel is leaning towards the camera and when he is arguing(?) with the BHK.

Maybe you guys know more about this then I do or maybe it takes me a little longer to undertsand but I found nothing to be "revealing", only confusing.

Kingdom Hearts has now been officially confirmed for its US March release date.

Voices: Cory Burton will voice both Yensid and Captain Hook. Also, Hedy Buress will voice Yuna. You can expect Tara Strong to again voice Rikku. Before I knew Rikku was in the game I figured Tara would play Namine and she still can but they may want seperate people for the main characters. And I had no idea Neverland was even returning.

EDIT: One of my favorite FF charcters is in the game. Vivi.

New interview excerpts.

- Nomura first begins to talk about his boss's reaction to the game, who responded to Nomura, "There's 4 games' worth in there.".

- Tron came into Nomura's head when he went to go meet with a Disney official who was making a Tron game on his PC. All of the different material he saw on there made him realize he could use it for himself somehow.

- There will be light cycle battles in the Tron world.

- Hollow Bastion is to Kingdom Hearts 2 what Traverse Town was to the original Kingdom Hearts.

- Atlantica's story has been completely laid out as a musical, so the game will be structured differently. Atlantica will come down to "timing". It's a more "interactive" world, where if do well on a mission, you'll see a fitting musical scene, but if not, you won't.

- There won't be any action battles in Atlantica, but there will be event battles for the musical.

I'm thinking some DDR style gaming in Atlantica.

If Seifer is talking (unlikely): I'm Seifer, chief of the self-proclaimed unofficial police, and a regular finalist (in the tournament).

Vivi's screen, apparently he's up on a stage: What am I doing? (He seems to have lost track of what he's doing)

Seifer is, as stated before, the chief of an unofficial policing group, this is a purely Japanese institution common in schools, where a group of unofficial law-keepers enforce codes, laws, etc, especially dealing with attire and manners.

something people seem confused on, though is pretty common knowledge, KH2 takes place after CoM not KH1.

Brief info on Vivi; he admires Seifer, and wants to be of use to him, but quite shy and unsure of himself but comes in handy in a pinch

Judging from this tournament, looks like the events in Twilight Town work kinda like on DI in KH1 where you face a series of challenges, in this case fighting through the tournament, and at the end something monumentally important happens (meeting with the Order for example) and it switches to Sora [this is purely my speculation based on what i've seen]

Hollow Bastion Scan:

This is not entirely new, but the gist of HB is that this is, as I said before, the Traverse Town of KH2, where you start off, and the plot returns to at every major point.

You'll be helping Leon and Yuffie rebuild the town as you go.

The Moogles run the shops, and you get a personalized card (to get in the stores with the magazine speculates)

Master Form/Stitch Scan:

To add to the information already apparent about the Master Form: the floating Keyblade essentially does a bunch of spins and moves that constantly change, plus, an example of the magic, casting Fire has him strike the enemies as he casts the magic.

The scan of Sora talking at the bottom: That Pete guy seems to be using the Heartless in some kind of plan of his.

The only thing to add about Stitch is that he might be somewhat insolent in the storyline when he appears, because he apparently appears in a cutscene, the one we saw in the trailer, helping in a battle, but doesn't really listen well.

Xighar/Xigbal Scan:

Maleficent is back for sure. Pete is saying: Maleficent!! (he seems to be afraid of her)

About Xighar, the magazine is making a big point that he has a very indistinct and unpredictable persona, that it's hard to get what he's like just by looking at his face.

That hooded character isn't Xighar, it's the feminine member.

I'm wondering if this game is going to have the standard RPG length of 45 hours. KH took me around 24 hours the first time, about 12 hours longer than most adventure or action games take me to complete.

I'm hoping this one is the theme from the movie (wordless that is) and not just some other song. The only thing that made under the sea irritating is that it was played everywhere. A "whole new world" isn't on the list. Pity.

I've been reduced to waiting for sites that don't post spoilers to update with info...

The shooting sequences in the original Kingdom Hearts got quite the bad rap, and while the two sequences we tried out here -- Ancient Highway and Phantom Storm -- resembled the original's ship sequences in their psychedelic visual style, there was one big difference: we were having fun playing through these parts!

The trailer showed a number of gameplay bits. We saw three summons, Peter Pan, Lilo and Chicken Little. Yes, Disney's latest hero made the cut, with the game's release coinciding nicely with the release of the Japanese version of the film. The trailer also provided glimpses at a few mini games: Sora on a skateboard, a Tron light cycle sequence, a flying carpet sequence set in Agrabah and a 3D Winnie the Pooh mini game.

Peter Pan as a summon? I'm going to assume that they said Lilo when they meant to say Stitch. If any of you guys have seen the trailer they are reffering to can you tell me if it has any spoilers.

1. The Intro is around 4-5 minutes long.
2. The Intro goes with the song really well.
3. We were deciding if to put the Intro as soon as you clicked 'new game' or after going through the introductory part of Mystery Boy. We have decided, and you'll have to buy the game to find out when.
4. There are some parts of the Intro that will look like the Intro based off the original Kingdom Hearts. But I assure you, it is brand new.

Org Info

1. Each member has one specific purpose.
2. There is one Organization member you will not have to worry about fighting at all.
3. Every Single Organization member is dead, but Zexion as we stated in Ultimania Omega is known as 'Fallen into Ruins'. You will have to play the game to find out if this has to do with Kingdom Hearts II or not.

Kingdom Hearts II info

1. There are many suprising Plot twists in Kingdom Hearts II
2. Although the commercials contain many information, all of it is not what it seems to be. (In other words what we think will happen or as it appears in one trailer, it will be a complete situation in another one.)
3. Playing as the Mystery Boy will be quite entertaining, for he can help prepare for the real stuff in Minigames ect.
4. The Gummi Ship battles have been upgraded to the point of you wanting to replay them over and over.
5. The Boss battles are 10x harder then they used to be in Kingdom Hearts.
6. Most of the Organization will appear in more than one world, Saix will appear in many.
7. The Deep Dive has been remade into Game Graphics, with a huge suprise at the beginning/End of it.
8. Another Side another story has been mixed with Kingdom Hearts II.
9. All the Organization members featured in Deep Dive, still exist in Kingdom Hearts II.
10. The White form's name will not be revealed due to it's name revealing some of the plot, but the form is still optional, and is way over powered.
11. There is one more form to be discovered.
12. The Ending of Kingdom Hearts II is as some of my staff said, heartbreaking, and fits the theme of Passion a little to well.

By the way, people on GameFAQs seem to think Saix has a werewolf form.
