Hi, can someone point out to me over which characters Kirby actually wins? Anything starting from 55-45 is fine. This because over the last couple of exports every single one of em tends to be kirby losing.

Tierse, just look at the OP of the matchup thread, and you'll see Kirby wins aganist at least half the cast. He's a mid-tier because of his bad top-tier MUs...

Preliminary ratings are outdated. RIGHT NOW kirby only has 2 advantageous MU´s. And they´re against garbage tier characters. There really is something wrong with that picture.

Oh, thought they were color coded. My bad. Still almost only garbage tier characters though.

Kirby gets more and more worse as the metagame ages. He's too predictible and his moveset is easy to shield grab. B-air is nice and all but Kirby's *** air speed doesn't help it. Fsmash sucks against any competent player unless its a punish.

I dunno, I still feel like I'm improving with Kirby, and that I have more room for improvement, I still haven't hit a plateau where I know Kirby can't go any further. And I still feel like he's better than ZSS.

And in a completely unrelated note, I did amazing with Toon Link after you left the smashfest Kewkky. That's what usually happens though, I play amazing in singles after I play like half an hour of doubles. x__x

That moment was complete bull, man. All that you needed to do after that was win the match, and save the replay on your Wii. Too bad neither happened.

I barely go anywhere these days because I have no money, or access to money. I just went to a smashfest yesterday is all, and played for like 6 hours tops. Twink didn't bring his Wii so we never had a chance of saving replays anyway.

It's not Kirby's fault that he goes even/ beats everyone (with a few exceptions) below him in the tier list, or goes even or loses to the people above him.

It's not pessimistic if the people who actually discuss in the MU threads argue their points and come to a general agreement. That's just realistic.

On the same note, anyone is welcome to discuss in the MU threads of any MU as I'm updating them whenever someone says something valid.

@Tiersie- The preliminary ratings where decided within the last 6 months. Obviously no character has had a metagame advancement in the last 6mo that could warrent a MU rating shift. If you have any examples? W/ that said, I saved all his bad/not so fun MUs for last. If you want to share your 'realistic-not pessimistic-optmistic' view on ANY of Kirby's MUs, feel free and I'll update if there's rediscussion warrenting a summary change. It's an invitation.

Because the summaries haven't been written, the stages haven't been discussed, the main's of the opposing character's haven't had their input and opinions have not been finalized.

The preliminary rating is in case a newcomer wants to check to see how Kirby does against the whole cast, for anyone to gauge Kirby's standings in Brawl, and to show what the mains of Kirby's think of the MU if that MU hasn't had an export to discuss it in.
