If you know how to play
Briscas, then all you have to do is modify the rules and you're set to go.
First, you play with the deck upside-down, so everyone sees the next card they're gonna draw. Should you win this hand and draw first? Or risk it and lose, so that you may have a chance of picking another card, which possibly might be much better than the one on top?
Secondly, you play with your hands face-up on the table, so you know what your opponent's gonna do and you have to trick them into using their best cards as soon as possible, leaving YOU with your best cards for when your opponent only has cards with value. Or if you like to see them writhe with hopelessness, knowing they don't have the dominant suite of cards, you can use the cards worth the most points and watch them curse at you while not being able to do anything. Pure gold!
Thirdly, we modified the "which card beats which" rule... Usually it's 1 > 3 > 12 > 11 > 10 > 7 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 2, but we made it so 12 > 11 > 10 > 7 > 6 > 5 > 4 > 3 > 2 > 1... The cards worth the most points are 1 > 3 > 12 > 11 > 10 in the original game, and so in ours, so now you had to be MUCH more cunning with how you used them, since any card of the dominant suite would be able to beat your 1, which gives a hefty amount of points.
