k, so I have a kind longish~ story of my lameness. Read if you want, I'll try to keep it interesting =D

Part 0: The Back Story
I only had 1 girlfriend before, and this was way back in the early years of high school when she asked me out. Now that I'm in Uni, I'm so scurred cause I should be the one asking girls out, but if they say no then it's really awkward.

Part 1: The Introduction :V
Uh so there's this girl that I like. I met her during my first physics lab, where she went up to me to ask to be my lab partner. At that point, I was like :D

She ended up being my partner ever since, and we found out we were in some similar classes so we've been sitting with each other in our classes as well. Over the month, we started doing homework together as well as just hanging out and stuff.

Part 2: The First Move...maybe? O:
K, so last Friday we had an Economics midterm to study for. Thursday night, we went to the campus library to read over our notes and to study and what not. It ended up getting pretty late and she asked if I wanted to go watch the sunset with her. At first I was like o.o but then I was like x3

So we probably broke some rules or something but we found this ladder attached to the wall and climbed up onto the roof of this building hall. Obviously, I was manly so I climbed up first >:D We sat at the very edge of the building with our feet swinging off the side watching the sunset. It was really cute. <3

Part 3: Victra...Stalling? B|
So I thought this would be the PERFECT time to ask her out, but before I could she asked how nice it would be to watch the night sky and gaze at the stars. I had a great idea and decided that I could bring her to this really cute pond place and ask her out there. xD

Part 4: More Stalling >B(
I asked her if she wanted to come to this really pretty pond place that not a whole lot of people know about. It's on campus but for some reason, no one really knows about it cause it's kinda...difficult to find. Knowing this, I told her it would be a great place to watch the night sky for a bit.

We found a bunny and we played with it for a bit, and then we just kinda sat at the pond for a while and watched the sky. We skipped rocks too, but she didn't know how so I taught her ^^

Part 5: Victra having no balls. Dx
So we were there for a bit, and I was sooooo nervous to ask. I kept thinking about how she and I had become such great friends and I kept wondering if she felt the way I felt. The only way I could ever find out is if I asked her, but then if she says no or if she didn't feel the same way about me, then our friendship becomes awkward and weird.

Part 6: The following days. =.=
So the next day, we hung out during class and did some homework as usual. It was around the time when she had to go home, so I took the train with her to her house, and waited with her for the bus. xD I had a chance here as well I guess, but I kept thinking what I mentioned in Part 5. I watched her leave on her bus, and i was sad ):

Oh, earlier that day I nearly ripped off my nail. I think I told this story in OTL but pretty much we were walking on campus and she saw a pear tree. I tried to be manly and jump up and grab one, but when I did I slipped and my middle nail was half off xD I still got the pear though, but my plan kinda back fired. She had to give me a band-aid. XD

Nothing much happened on monday, I only hung out with her during physics, but then I had to leave to do a test. I won't be able to see her much on Tuesday because I have a lab till 9pm. Dx

The conclusion: I'm lame.

It'll be hard, but you can't just go through life not taking any risks. Every elder I've talked to has said the same thing. TAKE RISKS. YOUR LIFE WILL BE BORING WITHOUT THEM.

She definitely seems into you man, especially since she took the initiative to ask to chill with you at first. I do understand how you can feel nervous though. Also, the bunny and sitting at the top of your school with your feet dangling is like some fairy tale s***. Hell, if I went to the top of my school, I'd probably get kicked out or someone would call the cops, since it's on the corner of a busy intersection...

I'm not sure what to do anymore. If she did like me, and she went to the trouble of doing all of that, did I blow my chance for not asking her then? I think she might think I don't like her since I didn't make a move during her seemingly perfect set up.

If you dont ask her out somebody else, that might not be as deserving of her as you, will and then you'll stay shooting yourself in the foot of what could've been and trust me you never stop regretting it.

I don't think you blew your chance. The only way you could blow it, is by acting awkward yourself. She won't forget about you in a week, probably not even in a month. I say this cause it happened to me. Someone liked me for a year and I didn't know about it till next year. I acted dumb, awkward, and quiet and I blew it.

I still think you're good. I say go for it, cause if you don't, you'll end up thinking about "what could've been." But ultimately the choice is yours and no one should tell you what to do. Whatever you choose, I support your decision

XD I want to say "just go for it" but I'd feel a tad bit hypocritical. What I can say is that not doing anything and wondering what could've happened if you had just said something is a really bad option. So don't do that. =P

You're not lame. I'd say most of us guys have dealt with this problem before.
I have a first hand experience of this.

I've been in a very similar situation and guess what? I took to long and we entered the "friend zone" where she thinks that you don't like her that way. Basically, if you don't give any indication that you actually like her, she thinks you just want to be friends. After that, there's a very very slim chance you will ever go out with her. That is what happened to me.
But it's not too late for you! All I can say is ask her sooner than later, because the longer you wait, the harder it will be.

Based on what you said, she seems pretty into you so I think you've got a great chance of her saying yes.

You can do it, asking a girl out isn't easy, but take the risk. You won't regret it, even if she says no.

I feel pretty pumped now actually Q(^o^)=3

Uhm so Tuesdays are a pretty heavy day for me, cause I have class from 8am till 9pm, but she and i have gotten really close and we're always trying to get into each others classes =P Aside from my labs and stuff, as well as hers, we're nearly inseparable now. I think our friends are already getting a little suspicious.

Anyways, I haven't asked her out yet though. XD Since this weekend is thanksgiving in Canada, neither of us will have time to really do anything. Plus we have a physics mid-term coming up :X

Women respond to confidence more than anything else. They want to be with a man. My suggestion is go in to it with the notion that she WILL say yes. What actually happens doesn't matter as much as you being able to get yourself in to a mindset that allows you to ask her with confidence. Even if she does say no, you'll still win because the next time it will be easier.

Remember, there are always more fish in the sea. Don't put her up on a pedestal, no matter how special she is.

Also, don't feel like you have to do things the "accepted" way. Rather than ask her out first, if you're in a romantic setting why not just kiss her if the moment feels right? Real relationships don't work like you see on TV.

"Asking her out" doesn't have to be a magical official thing where you take her to a cliche date place like a restaraunt or the movies. You can take people out wherever you want.
As far as I would be concerned, you asked her out the moment you took her to the pond to watch the stars together.
