I think that you should definitely go for it. Being a girl, I know how we think, so she's dropping you some big hints by asking you to hang out with her. The fact that she agreed to go with you to that pond place just reiforces that. Don't wait. If you do, someone else will get her. It'll be okay. Don't miss your chance or you'll always be stuck with "What might've been." I've got your back on this. At least you'll know.

honestly seems like a lie to me, but only because she seeemed so eager to be with you 5 months prior. You prolly scared her off with your indescision. Girls think that means no and your thinking of a nice way of saying it.
btww when she told you that she didn't want a relaitonhip tilil she's done uni was your last chance, should have said "that is most unfortunate (however you'd say it), I was hoping we could get some lunch and talk about things"
although with your track record, you'd have to REALLY beef up that line if you wanted it to work
