I remember a lot of Ridley fans got very cocky... Myself included.

Just because something should get in there doesn't mean it will.

Believe me, you are not alone there. I was also overcofident about Ridley being a shoe-in before the boss mention(at which point i lost all faith in metroid getting a good rep with Dark Samus and Ridley essentially deconfirmed one after another) hence why I urge against such hubris here.

Mewtwo fans got pretty cocky too (pre-SSB4 release and -DLC), so much so that they wouldn't even acknowledge the possibility of him not being in the game. Really don't want to see K. Rool and his krew go down that same road. Always keep an open mind.

I don't recall that, mainly because Diddy was a lock instead, so K. Rool was hardly brought up. I can't comment on Ridley because I wasn't on Smashboards.


Oh, hey, I'm 24, too. :D (Granted, my golden birthday is August 25th this year. :D)
