I'd be down. Slightly unrelated, but if they wanted to do a revival for captain Syrup, I always thought she'd make a good love interest for Wario in party games and such. Y'know, Mario & Peach, Luigi & Daisy, and Wario & Syrup.
I agree with most of what you said, but the dashing Blunderbuss does sound fairly reasonable, seeing as he dashes and attacks with it. It'd be better than ad libbing a move, to say the least.

, "Caesar" can also be pronounced "KAI-sar", and it's the cognitive root of the German word Kaiser, which, as the Latin does, means "Emperor". So it could actually work! :3

Well, I'm german, so I know the word "Kaiser" very well, but I've never heard "Caesar" pronounced like it before.@

I don't think it's unreasonable persay - just that I can't get it to work in my head. If I envision it Smash style, I don't see much of a hitbox in the actual charge, a hitbox way behind him for no reason, and without discernable start-up/end-lag. In my head I just envision a leap forward from DKC fitting much better. Much more understandable hitbox, definite ending lag from the jump. Also a dash attack that involves a leap which could go off-stage feels interesting to me.
How about side-B makes K. Rool instantly turn around to shoot a spiked ball behind him and simultaneously get propelled in the direction opposite of the spiked ball, keeping himself facing the direction the spiked ball went in once the move is over?
Ok. Little advice: stop depreciating yourself, whether it's in jest or not. There are plenty of people who will do that "for" you.

Which is funny because the Climber games erroneously claim that he hates bananas. Frankly I disagree with this notion, I think its obvious the Kremlings do not like bananas. That said, he probably WAS trying to starve the Kongs, but in DKC2 they did kidnap DK and demand the bananas in exchange for him, so that would contradict with them wanting to starve out the Kongs, since he could've just as easily kept DK captive and starved in that way.
Not to mention I SEVERELY doubt Wario will have any love interest with anyone/anything that isn't money (the ending of Wario Land: Shake It!, for example)

I know that there's no such thing as a hard and fast "rule" as far as Smash is concerned, but I've only ever seen a few people out there observe that all third-party inclusions to date are mascots of the (now-former, mostly) big Japanese arcade game manufacturers who were in that business back when Nintendo was (with the only missing party being Taito, who were swallowed up by Square-Enix some years ago). I did always wonder if that was why Mr. Sakurai called these inclusions "special cases".
