I FOUND HIM! I FOUND NEWO!

The joke may suck, but I remembered a new person's name seconds after meeting him, so I'm happy with it. Welcome to the boards, hope you make it to more biweeklies.

I <3 Waldo :)

Power ranks will be discussed and up... sometime.... at a future time >_>

Oh, if anyone has won a challenge match or money match (remember, its good to have witnesses) please pm me, or any of the panelists, just in case we might've forgot anything that we need to take into consideration.

Thanks.

Nemo was never lost. He was practically in every scene plain as day.

Waldo on the other hand, man. That ******* was definitely not in the open.

(And yes, I know, but as you've noticed my opinion: Waldo > Nemo)

Zane- any way you can hold off on the power rankings for one more biweekly? I really dont think Ill make it in but I would love the chance. I know there will be more spots due to some dropping out of smash (ahem)...

Umm, we can't hide at all. Most places to hide are too dirty for our shoes.
so wayland which by the way is a neat name you are white right well 1st what you do is go get a striped tee red and white and a back pack

2nd get a couple of friends together and play hide and seek and stand out in the open im telling you it will seem as if your invisable

3rd turn into the hulk

ps warning, some experinces may very from person to person

Sorry I couldn't make it to the bi-weekly. I had a big 3 day trip that came out of nowhere where I visited a lot of friends around Arkansas. I did get to beat some newbs in Smash at random places, so that was kinda fun. It wasn't near as good as a bi-weekly though. :(

Chad- Sorry I didn't give you any notice on not teaming with you. I really didn't know about the trip untill a day before the bi-weekly... :( It was me who missed out, 'cause you're a pleasure to team with.

I'm going to the next one for sure; it was the trip that stopped me from coming this time.

bi weeklies are every two weeks, thus the "bi" part of the bi weekly. Of course unless otherwise noted by the prince himself.

Iori- your right, there were a bunch of black guys at the biweekly and most of them were playing halo2 and stuff, not even smash. And lets not forget when the cops showed up, all of those black guys disappreared. lol Like Waldo!

I noticed that as well. It was quite funny. When they all went and hooked up the 360, I heard someone point it out in a loud voice...."Look at the black people with the 360". I think they heard them. Then of course the cops showing up and they were no where to be found. Why did the cops show up in the first place anyways?

they haven't announced who is going, so i don't know yet until they do...

the cops were there because he noticed a car following my sister. she pulled in to try to get rid of them and they pulled up behind her, followed by the cop.

There's something I want to try... but I don't think I've played against anyone since the last biweekly I went to. Versus the dreaded Fox uthrow->uair, DI the throw left/right, then Smash DI the first hit of the uair in the opposite direction you DI'ed the throw. Also, from what I understand, actually smashing the control stick / c-stick will move you farther than just holding the stick and relying on the "passive" ASDI (automatic smash DI). I forget who, but someone said to try "dash dancing" in the air to try to smash DI Fox's uair.

I know all about smash DI from ssb64. It's all we have. :embarrass
Oh, Doraki's post helped too. ;) http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=60218

ps AzurePhoenix, check your PM's!

@Moogle- I know what you're talking about and I think there is a consistent way to do it but i haven't figured it out yet. It does have something to do with di'ing a certain way in between the hits of his uair i believe...and maybe the direction fox was facing when he hit.

The dash dancing in the air thing is what i do and i'd say it works 50% of the time for that situation, i can't speak of other characters besides peach though.

fox u-throw + u-air = gay...i will find a way around it :)

Yea. Most of the time you can avoid the fox u-air by moving the control stick back and forth.

Moogle knows all though, so his method is good.

Edit- Peach is gay....not a lot of ways around it.
