Da Puffsta lost with diddy because he was unfaithful, and he ran back to the puff. Victory was his on that day.
The funniest part was, when the Zelda mains were discussing how to fight my Jiggly. I was laughing because I wasn't even going to use Jiggly against them. Like this is Apex and I want to give everything I've got to get as far as I can. Like why make it an even fight when I can have a huge advantage by using a character on the opposite side of the tier list?

But Karma's a ***** and it decided that I wouldn't be able to beat the Zelda. So I'm sitting there after losing my first match thinking what I should do next. I felt that I got legitimatley outplayed the first game and that the 2nd match would've resulted in the same. So I felt that I needed to give Jigglypuff a chance and at the very least go out in style. But Karma decided to forgive me that day and I won the set 2-1 with Jiggs. Then in round 2 I pretty much used all Puff and I trolled Player-1 with a 1% time out lead.

I SHOULD be attending a tourney this month. They're doing mid-low dubs instead of regular dubs.
I use puff in regular dubs, but now there's no high tiers <3

I'm trying to puff team with Disqo but he won't post so idk if he's even going...

Man, if we had Mid-Low Doubles in Utah, my teammate and I would get top 2 every time. We're the only team who consistently gets top 4-5 going Yoshi+Ness (I sometimes go Mario or Luigi in doubles as well) amoung a bunch of Warios, Diddys, Snakes, etc, and we have even taken a couple firsts with that pair. The only reason I say we'd get Top 2 is cuz X and Lada are beasts.

If you could give sing a buff in the next smash, how would you buff it?


I would make it so, that you could cancel your sing whenever you want + you can walk when doing sing. The sleeping time will be as long as zss' stun or a tiny bit more.

And i think that sing should be able to shield cancel when you short hop it.
Thats it. You'd still be able to mash out of the sleeping animation, but it'd work pretty good if you could short hop sing into a shield cancel.

I think the move SHOULD be that bad though. Because that gives you a bigger risk reward. Honestly, i don't play puff because i'm a fan of pokemon or even puff. I began playing this character because everyone said she was mad gay. So i was like, **** that. Lets do this. So i don't think she should be broken, but giving it a use and making it situational IE a SH SC Sing.

Hype.

I think Sing should cancel upon landing (so like, if you start it in the air, it stops instantly when you land) and that it reached a bit further.

Personally, I would. I think giving Puff something that can make the enemy completely vulnerable for a good amount of time, shouldnt be something that can be canceled so easily on a whim, especially with a move like Rest in her arsenal, that would be a bit ridiculous.

Your rollout would need to have a shorter start up on the initial release. It takes her too long out of a short hop. :applejack:

I think rollout is fine as it is, but sing is just completely useless we're basically playing with only 3 special moves. Canceling sing whenever you want to is just perfect, just like mewtwo who had his hypnosis in melee which let the opponent vulnerable also.

Except Mewtwo didnt have Rest and with mashing, you werent vulnerable very long at all. If you were dumb enough to get hit by his Confusion, you took an uncharged fsmash or dsmash, or a dthrow or uthrow depending on your damage. If Jiggs had that, you'd take Rest, which is MUCH worse than anything Mewtwo could do to you. Also, his Confusion was also a bit if a waste for a move, as due to how Mewtwo worked, it's usually better to grab than usmash or dsmash anyway, which a plain grab had equal range to confusion, less lag, and it went through shields.

Well yeah, if it was confirmed, why not I guess. Although it just does 1%, I guess it might be worth the risk...

Also, now that I think about it, Im pretty sure that's Disable, not Confusion, Confusion I believe is the one that flips them around in the air.

Getting the possibility to shield cancel the charging animation of rollout could be cool yeah.

the only changes I would make to sing would be slightly longer sleep (so that it doesn't disadvantage you when you hit) and slightly longer lasting hitboxes.

Also dk's headbutt leaves you with a dkpunch/fsmash in your face if it hits. A charged fresh dk punch kills faster then rest iirc, so it wouldn't be broken if she could cancel her sing.

Actually, I just checked cuz tbh I wasnt sure, and it IS Disable: http://super-smash-bros.wikia.com/wiki/Mewtwo_(SSBM)#Special_Moves

Also, about DK's Headbutt, that move comes out slower than Sing hitbox wise, and DK's Punch must already be charged to have the effect. While yes, in Brawl DK's moves were better, but Im pretty sure that Jigg's Rest being nerfed THAT bad was just a stronger nerf then they meant to make, and I doubt that DK's fsmash/giant punch will be Rest strength next game. Besides, you can break out of DK's Headbutt at low damage anyway, and most of the time, when at a damage those moves would kill you, a dsmash/fsmash instead of headbutt wouldve been just as fast and wouldve killed anyway.

Lemme have melee's utilt (i miss how fast it was) and her 64 nair (that range). i don't really need anything else :D

cancelling sing would be pretty nice, but I'd like it even more if you could also use it to hit through recovery moves (spacey sideB's, bowser/dk upB, etc.). that'd be pretty fun.

They should bring back Jigglypuff's name from the Red/Blue/Yellow version's Beta. Having her name be Pudding wouldve been freaking amazing.

TBH if they would replace jigglypuff for hitmonlee/hitmonchan/poliwrath/machamp/team rocket (meowth/arbok/weezing similar to pkmn trainer), I'd be more then happy to lmao...
