I second lovage's sentiment. Then they ask me what I'm banning. In between actual sets I'll go see how my crew is doing, have a smoke, socialize, commentate, etc.

@Eye contact: Why wouldn't you look them in the eyes? You're two people battling in a game you both love (hopefully). The least you can do is acknowledge the efforts both players are making by treating them like a human.
